Anyone surprised? The radical leftist University of Chicago plans to raze the architectural landmark and replace it with an empty grassy strip. The university is aggressively seeking the demolition by the end of the year... along with construction of a new Obama presidential library.

"The Commission on Chicago Landmarks turned down an appeal to give the building landmark status on the grounds that it "does not have sufficient architectural significance" and "is not associated with Mr. Reagan during his active and productive years.""
Of course this is BS, as other presidential childhood homes are protected.
