Why SPLC says White Lives Matter is a hate group but Black Lives Matter is not

In the 1980s, the Southern Poverty Law Center — an organization born of the civil rights movement — began tracking extremist organizations they deemed “hate groups” in the United States.

At the time, most were white supremacist organizations finding renewed footing after a resurgence of the Ku Klux Klan.

They called it Klanwatch, then eventually the Intelligence Project.

In the nearly 40 years since, hundreds of groups that ascribe to varying brands of inflammatory ideology — Neo-Nazism, anti-gay, anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant, Holocaust denial, black separatist — have been lumped into the list. There is even a “general hate” category.

White Lives Matter is absolutely a hate group. Basically, they are neo-Nazis/racists.

I don't think I'd classify Black Lives Matter as a hate group per se. They are more of an anger group which isn't the same thing. If White Lives Matter is cancer, then Black Lives Matter is more like the flu.

Also BLM is pretty diverse in some respects. There are some BLM people who are pretty good, reasonable folks and aren't hateful or nasty at all. Some seem interested in genuine dialogue.

The problem is you also have hateful loons in the movement - and not just at the fringes either. Many are anti-police. Others are anti-white. Some are just flat out racists.

WLM is corrosive nonsense. BLM could actually be a productive movement with a valuable agenda but they've just chosen not to be. One preaches hatred. The other preaches simmering anger. I wouldn't say they are equal but neither one is healthy either.

Unlike you people I am multi-talented and if you haven;t noticed can do both....as with the above...express my thoughts via text and then for you people (yes you people) give you pictures so will truly grasp the concept of the posts....

My team is currently working on a crayon meme app to get the splaining to comprehension gap down even lower...hopefully we can beat Vox to market....as they have pioneered the dumbing things down to splain things to liberals space.....

Your memes don't even make sense. What on earth does Whoopi Goldberg or abortion or capital punishment have to do with anything on this thread said by anyone? I don't mind a creative meme but it looks like you just run a Google image search and put up the first random picture that pops up.

SPLC has scammed millions of dollars in donations from hysterical liberals, telling them there is a racist under every rock....It reminds me of the "Big Red Scare" of the early 1950s, but this scam has lasted decades due to the chronic nature of liberal dysfunctional thinking....The SPLC likes to show pictures of lynching's in their pamphlets although there hasn't been any in over 90 years...The SPLC has determined that BLM are harmless pet hamsters, although they instigate riots, looting, arson, and violence............... :oyvey

#BlackLivesMatter leader DeRay Mckesson may claim to be leading a grassroots revolution for racial and economic justice, but he has close connections with the privileged and elite.

Mckesson lives in a home owned by philanthropists James and Robin Wood in Baltimore, Maryland.

It’s the same address he used when declaring his residency on his campaign committee registration form for his failed mayoral run in the city’s Democratic primary earlier this year.

The Woods have owned the home since 1996 and are wealthy donors to the Baltimore chapter of George Soros’ Open Society Institute.

Robin is so active that she was made a board member of the far-left non-profit back in 2008.

YAY Liberalism...nothing organic about it.....

SPLC is a part of the establishment and political order which by its self-profession is anti-white. The political system does not white identity politics but looks kindly on ethnic minority politics. This is done to oppress the white man.
Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

That's a big problem for it. It is also a problem for a number of other crowdsourced populist movements which often seem to take the form of wild, unfocused groups rather than something more disciplined. But people these days seem to reject any form of leadership.

When their existence is based on a lie,l that's a problem as well.

For some reason the democrat powerbrokers think inciting race violence will help them win the election.

That remains to be seen.
