Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

I generally go undercover (meaning I don;t shower for several weeks) to the least insane liberal establishment for my news and opinion....

I tend to look to a number of sources. FNC, CNN, BBC, USA Today, Local News - Various. Typically, if there is some event I try to check all of these sources because all of them have a different way that they approach the story.

Lately, I have also added a new source to my news rotation. OANN.com or One America News Network if you happen to have AT&T Uverse. I ran into these folks when my father asked me what I though of them because it was a new channel he had on uverse. I looked them up and was intrigued. Think of them as FNC if FNC were really fair and balanced while also have far fewer Opinion and Entertainment shows. A look at their site will show you that as it is fairly clean.

Of course that could just mean that they have not monetized the site to the levels that FNC and CNN have but that they will get to it eventually.

I go to one news source that rules them all....aggregates all the top important sites into an easy to read format for quick perusal...and it's not Drudge...

youtube doesn't aggregate and Alex Jones reminds me in delivery and physical stature of Ed Schulz so I rarely look at anything they do except for the videos that young British guy they got does...his <sarc> is off the charts....

getting your news from Alex Jones - might as well be Bill O'Reilly or Fred Savage over on MSNBC. All of them yell at you and tell you what to think, making them very punchable.
