If they had refused to bake the cake because the person for whom the cake was for had a particular sexual orientation, a particular gender, a particular skin color, was of a particular age, or had a specific disability, then there might be an issue.

If they refused to bake the cake because they just don't like Trump, then not so much.
That's way too complicated for Clone.
So as long as the reason given for not baking the cake is you don't like them it's all good...cool.

The easy solution for those who don't want to bake wedding cakes for homosexuals is to not bake wedding cakes. They don't get to say that they'll bake wedding cakes for heterosexuals but not for homosexuals, even if they claim they're just adhering to their religion, without it being impermissible sexual orientation discrimination (in some states).

Trying to argue that if a baker has to bake wedding cakes for homosexuals, then every baker must bake any and every cake any and every customer requests is stupid.

Or pretty much what we've come to expect from clone.

If you do that with one set of gay customers, then you could probably make that fly. Of course you might still end up in court or in front of an administrative law judge explaining why it was exactly that you didn't like this particular homosexual couple and how it had nothing to do with their being homosexual.

Do that to every homosexual couple that comes through the door, and you're going to have a problem.

What about people who want to have sex with Trump really badly? Is that a sexual orientation?

That's called a joke.
Jokes are only funny if there is some truth in the jest....there a lot of people who find Trump arousing and he has been surrounded by beautiful women all his life...

Hillary on the other hand....now there is where the truth in jest resides...
