http://www.abcfoxmontana.com/story/33249382/um-students-prepare-for-presidential-debate The accuracy of the content of the presidential candidate's answers on stage Monday night during the first debate was of great interest to some students at the University of Montana. There were dozens and dozens of facts thrown around during the debate. Journalism students from UM joined ABC Fox Montana to check the factual claims made by candidates. During the debate, Hillary Clinton said that Donald Trump calls himself the king of debt, talks about leverage and even one time suggested that we try to negotiate down the national debt. Trump interjected saying "Wrong. Wrong." UM senior Reagan Colyer say that claim is true. |
