http://www.pennlive.com/politics/index.ssf/2016/09/state_employees_begin_to_cash.html#incart_2box Employees represented by the two largest state government unions will begin to reap the benefit of their new labor contracts on Saturday. Joining them at this pay raise party will be 13,400 of their management and non-unionized colleagues who will be getting their first raise in over a year and a half.
