A lawsuit claiming that Republican nominee Donald Trump raped at least one 13-year-old girl in 1994 may have its day in court after a federal judge reportedly ordered a status conference to review the case, the Independent reported Tuesday.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court of New York, alleges that Trump and financier Jeffrey Epstein raped two underage girls at several parties at Epstein’s apartment in Manhattan. The girls, identified in court documents as “Tiffany Doe” and “Jane Doe,” were allegedly promised money and modeling careers if they attended the parties.

The details described in the document are graphic. At one party, Trump is accused of tying one of the young girls to the bed before raping her while the victim repeatedly plead with him to stop.

Trump’s lawyer has denied the accusations. A status conference is a meeting to update the court on how the two sides are proceeding including any settlement discussions under consideration and any discovery that has been conducted.

“As I have said before, the allegations are categorically untrue and an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client, ” Alan Garten, Trump’s general counsel for nearly a decade, told LawNewz.com.

Trump will reportedly head to court after the election on Dec. 16. The attorney representing the two women accusing the presidential hopeful of raping them while they were children previously became well known for representing Casey Anthony, who was accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter in Florida in 2008.

She is, confirmed On March 22, 2012, by the Senate in a 96–2 vote. Pretty bipartisan vote.

Twenty two years ago Trump allegedly commits a rape, but a status hearing ordered by an Obama appointed Judge, is delayed until his run for President....Justice may be slow, but political attacks are speedy...We need status hearing on Bill's alleged rapes...........

This will turn out the same way that all of Slick Willy's escapades turned out. I will have to look at it a little closer if I get time but there may be a statute of limitations option here as well.

Mr. Trump is a sleaze and a scumbag when it comes to women. He has admitted committing what amounts to sexual battery. He is a serial cheater and seems to not care for the boundaries that divide decency from indecency.

With all that said I don't get child rapist off of him. This one seems a bridge too far. I hope that is the case.

According to these studied Trump should have nothing to worry about and statistics say that the charge against Trump is false to begin with. There is also a statute of limitations to consider as well. Nothing will come of this. Sixty percent of allegations were false according to one study.

False allegations of rape are believed to be more common than many persons realize. These are the findings of four research studies:

A review of 556 rape accusations filed against Air Force personnel found that 27% of women later recanted. Then 25 criteria were developed based on the profile of those women, and then submitted to three independent reviewers to review the remaining cases. If all three reviewers deemed the allegation was false, it was categorized as false. As a result, 60% of all allegations were found to be false.1 Of those women who later recanted, many didn't admit the allegation was false until just before taking a polygraph test. Others admitted it was false only after having failed a polygraph test.2
In a nine-year study of 109 rapes reported to the police in a Midwestern city, Purdue sociologist Eugene J. Kanin reported that in 41% of the cases the complainants eventually admitted that no rape had occurred.3
In a follow-up study of rape claims filed over a three-year period at two large Midwestern universities, Kanin found that of 64 rape cases, 50% turned out to be false.4 Among the false charges, 53% of the women admitted they filed the false claim as an alibi.5

Maybe Trump should hire Hillary as his defense attorney. It wouldn't be the first child rapist she got off for time served.

Katie Johnson is suing for $100 million....This is well beyond the statute of limitations for a civil suit , as the alleged sexual misconduct occurred 22 years ago....Did I mention the "Victim" never filed a complaint with police ???...If she went to the police now, they would throw her ass out of the police station...She was unable to describe or any knowledge of the prominent tattoo Trump has had on his chest for forty years, "born to raise hell"......... :oyvey

The question of the day is who will arrive in court first? Ma Barker and her gang or the Donald? Time will tell.

Bloom cancelled the press conference on Wednesday afternoon, stating that her client was living in fear for her life.

Your desire to skip straight from accusation to conviction, circumventing the entire investigative and judicial process from start to finish, is duly noted.

Can we apply these same processes to anyone we want, or does that only apply to people you yourself don't like? Just wondering how much of a hypocritical hack you're making yourself out to be...

That would sum it up. 70 approaches anarchy on occasion. An extreme left radical most times who is willing to condemn both often and always that which does not neatly fit into the left wing agenda. Innocent until proven guilty and this has to go to court which may not happen anyway. I think this a DNC distraction piece designed to draw, and fails, attention away from the big story of the week. FBI, Wiener, Abedin, Clinton emails and subsequent impeachment. All much bigger than this non issue.

This is a smear to try an cover up for all the Jeffrey Epstein stuff that could potentially come out on Clinton in the next few days.

This was a lie when OP first stated it - and it is a lie now.
