Polling techniques have become more difficult in recent years because of changes in demographics, cell phone use, and other factors. But the professor overstates the problems and past experience does not support his dire predictions. Compare the polling predictions during the past primary voting season with the actual results. Polls are pretty accurate and especially good at spotting trends. |
