They're a loud minority. They think because they yell louder it makes what they say true, acting like petulant children.

And they're absolutely correct. Now that Democrats have failed to flip the Senate, the repeal of Roe v. Wade, the ACA and gay marriage will only be the tip of the iceberg. Prepare for the whole 1964 Civil Rights Act to be declared unconstitutional and null and void, by our new SC justices- David Duke and Jeffrey Sessions.

I really wish people would stop predicting all the things they think are going to happen. Jesus, wait and see instead of jumping the gun. People are completely losing their minds because they think this, this, this, and this are going to happen. If they're so damn good at predicting the future then why didn't they see Trump winning?

The brown-shirts were a vocal minority in Weimar Germany too.

I think the election made it pretty clear that they are indeed the majority - President - House - Senate - Supreme Court - Governorships - State Legislatures...

Can't get more majority than that!!

Not at all, you honestly think every person who voted for Trump is part of the alt-right? That's ludicrous.

And a Supreme Court stacked with KKK ideologues for the next 100 years. I bet not only the 1964 Civil Rights Act will eventually be declared unconstitutional, but all of Title IX and the 1968 Fair Housing Act.

Anthony Kennedy, RBG and Breyer are all really going to regret not retiring from their posts when they still had the chance and the choice.

Don't blame 3rd parties for losing the Senate. And if you're going to blame a 3rd party for Trump's win, blame the Libertarians, not the Greens. Trump and Ohio would have gone to Clinton if not for Gary Johnson's 3-4 point margin. Moreover, in Pennsylvania, Gary Johnson was also a deciding factor, whereas Jill Stein barely registered over 0.1%. Jill Stein had zero effect on the Electoral College or the defeat of both progressives and establishment dems in the Senate.

A lot of people jumped the bandwagon for Gary Johnson. As if he offered anything interesting in the way of ideology. He was Trump, minus the white supremacism and police state business that we will all get to experience shortly.

Michael Moore was right all along. This was the biggest "f*ck you!" in electoral history. We should have gone with Bernie's emphasis on class warfare (irrespective of race or gender) instead of the Democratic Establishment's Post-Lyndon Johnson tradition of chastising white males as the root of all evil, and then paying mere lip service to disenfranchised and impoverished minorities- but not doing a thing about that either by selling out to corporate interests.

Now we get a Fascist Judiciary for the entirety of the 21st century, and street-to-street warfare and racial wars to go along with that. :)

The establishment controls institutions. It has power. It has money. The alt-right has none of these things.
