I have been telling the knuckleheads that Trump will replace Obamacare with Trumpcare, which will be Obamcare with modest modifications...No one listens to me until my predictions slap them in their face........... :dunno:

Put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. Republicans can pass a "replacement" for ACA that takes out the mandate, permits interstate sales of policies and has a medical savings account feature along with a dozen other tweaks and teases about which the party can boast. It will fool the media for a year or so but without real cost & price controls as well as billions more in Medicaid, it will never get off the ground and we will be back to single payer by 2020.

Agreed. That is exactly what will happen.

Cant keep pre existing conditions without a mandate. Else people would just wait till they are sick, then enroll.

The "REPLACE" is the part of the plan that left wingers often neglect to mention. They're kinda funny that way.

Perhaps you can explain to us the price control measures in place with the current ACA that allow these skyrocketing rates we're seeing now? Or why in some states Obama care has driven providers out, leaving as few as a single choice. for the insured?

...and Lipstick on a Pig is exactly what this administration did to push it's Obama care agenda.

I have certainly seen Republicans use the word "Replace". I have not, however, seen them offer up a replacement plan that looks viable.

Have you?
