I have no problem with this... Domestic workers' wages should be protected, and enforcing immigration law is hardly racist. |

The fact is Trump's "new" immigration policy is a continuation of Obama's policy. Seems Mr. Trump has been listening to someone. Obama recognized that most of the illegals were law abiding citizens that had grown roots in this country and became contributing members of society. He provided the means for them to provide for themselves and refocused resources from chasing these individuals to focusing on those that were dangerous criminals. He was roundly criticized by the Right for doing this. It will be interesting to see if Trump suffers the same fate. The one thing that makes me curious is where Trump gets his numbers. During the campaign it seems he just made them up on the spot to fit his narrative. |

Obama is a very smart person. Trump would be wise to seek his advices. |

Yeah, immigration laws should be enforced. Nothing wrong with that. Enforcement also deters future illegal immigration. Hopefully Trump turns out to be a traitor to his party and to Mike Pence by selecting Socially-Liberal justices to SCOTUS as well. |

Oddly enough, Obama has already deported around 2 million illegal aliens, but about 800,000 had some kind of arrest or criminal record The problem became when many of these criminals were returned to El Salvador, Hondorus and Guatamala. They joined gangs in the US, then brought that thug life back home The result has been a massive increase in crime and murder in those countries over the last five years. Whole cities and towns are in total terror, the local police can't control any of it Then what happened is thousands of kids were sent north by their parents to cross the US border to safety, away from the gangs and violence. That created the sudden problem of underaged unaccompanied children showing up at the border in the last two years |

He was talking about CRIMINAL illegal aliens in this country. Not your average law abiding hard working person/foreigner. The criminals are out! There's a new Sheriff in town!

Yes, more illegals are going to be deported, and a wall will rise. Sanctuary cities will have their federa funding dissappear, and e-verify will be implemented nationally. Expect H1 B visas to be cut back. |

As many illegals are already deported that can be done under currently Congressional funding. Congress will need to appropriate more funding for deportations to increase the numbers. With all the other spending promises I wonder where they will find this money. He is already backing of the wall and saying fences will be acceptable. Of course we already have fences and have spent hundreds of millions on physical and virtual border barriers so it appears his "promise" is to do what we already have done. E-verify already exists nationally. I don't expect anything to be done to sanctuary cities nor do I expect H1B visas to be cut back since business is dependent upon them. |

The Silicon Valley businesses that are dependent on h1 b visas backed Hillary. Let them feel pain. The wall has not been backed away from, even Paul Ryan recognizes it's importance. |

Deportation procedures will be hurried up by eliminating due process of law for illegal aliens..."Just get on the damn bus !!!"....Illegals are not citizens entitled to Constitutional rights, which the new SCOTUS will decide............

The court is Trump's now. Ginsburg and Breyer are both ancient with Thomas and Kennedy expected to retire soon. |
