I think Trump's leaning states rights on legalization, whether he'll continue this is anyone's guess. It will likely come down to money, pot stocks are trending up, the industry is trending up, so if you're wise you'll buy in. The pot industry is growing in immeasurably way's and it has the potential to far exceed the alcohol and cigarette industry if legalized which will also help to stimulate our economy - every single year.

The smart money is now on federal legislation within 12 years, if enough states legalize it becomes federal law. Just guessing I think we need about 12 more states to legalize and pot becomes legalized federally.

Now it's just a matter of time.
Pleading States rights is passing the buck as long as there is Federal regulation in place.
He can't ignore things that he doesn't want to deal with if it is already part of Federal law.
That goes for everything.

The (Federal) Constitution has its finger in every pie. There really is no such thing as States Rights. States are not sovereign. They are granted some power BY THE CONSTITUTION. Not the other way around.

The (incoming) President needs to man up and recognize this uncomfortable reality. There is a lot more to the job than buck passing.
Congress can simply remove it from Schedule #1 while opening allowing the pot industry access to banks, and many problems will be solved.

LMAO. Your side doesn't understand basic federalism.
Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.
