The Minnesota police officer who fatally shot Philando Castile during a traffic stop has been charged with second-degree manslaughter and two felony counts of dangerous discharge of a firearm, Ramsey County Attorney John Choi announced Wednesday.

I said from the beginning that this was a bad shoot and was totally different from the Stirling case. It is a shame to see two lives ruined here but the officer in question killed an innocent man and must face the consequences of his unprovoked actions.

Now if we can just get the same outcome in that California case where 4 different officers shot an unarmed white guy.
