True story.

Because...priorities...and he's real smart (his estimation)
If Trump shows up for a episode the band will play, "Hail to the Chief "............

Donald Trump taking intel briefings only once a week

Washington (CNN)Donald Trump is getting the President's Daily Brief on average only once a week, according to a US official with knowledge of situation.

President Barack Obama and other key national security policymakers currently receive the brief six days a week, according to the CIA website.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/09/politics/intelligence-briefings-trump/index.html

So who is right? If Trump is smart enough to get what he needs to know in 1 meeting why would he waste time meeting more than once? For all we know the meetings may be redundant. There can't be that much going on in the world on a daily basis that Trumps needs to know it all. Further, someone could be attending the meetings and then getting the Reader's Digest version to Trump each day. How would anyone know? And why should they care?
Seriously???

A briefing takes a few minutes, longer if it's important

I mean, it's part of the job requirement, dont you think? Is he that lazy?

Im wondering if he's pulling everyone's chain on this

Pretty much everyone

If you and him think everything is going to go swimingly, boy is he in for a shock

He'll be lucky if he isnt driven from office in disgrace, like bush was. He's starting off with a stable economy, no recession, no crisis, growth, he can only go down from this point

No worries - we didn't elect that criminal alcoholic woman into the presidency. By the way, you seem to be a quite divisive poster, even within your own ranks. I am going to take this claim of you representing the option of anyone other then yourself with a grain of salt.

Sit back and enjoy the next 8 years comrade.

JFK learned of the Cuban missle crisis in his daily briefing

Can you imagine an equal crisis dropped on this mental case's lap, and he's holed up in the Lincoln bedroom tweeting about SNL?

It has been incredible that President-elect Trump's irresponsible behavior to this matter is being ignored and excused. It makes any responsible citizen wonder what is left to conservative intelligence and integrity in this nation.

It means I was right that Hillary got a lot more votes than Trump

Speaking of alternate reality, has Trump produced any of his imaginary Mexican voters yet? Even one?

Which once again - means literally nothing. You do not win chess by having more pawns left on the board.

It would be nice to have Scott Foval, Robert Creamer and Ceaser Chavez - all top level DNC operative that admitted to electoral fraud investigated.

And we still are faced with an unqualified President-elect refusing to do the basic homework of his new office.

It's a disgrace that modern conservatism is not just silent about it but fine with it.
