Good. These are the same fools who missed 9/11 and told us wmds were in Iraq
Wrong.

The CIA didnt come to Bush with info. The Bush Cheney neo-cons wanted a reason to invade Iraq and gave the CIA marching orders to find an excuse. The CIA brought back conflicting evidence, so they went outside the agency and cherry picked info from British, Russian and Iraqi dissident sources that resulted in basically a ''maybe, probably he does have WMD''. That was good enough for Tenant to tell them it was a ''slam dunk''
When weapons inspector Scott Ritter spoke up, saying they had it wrong, that there were no WMD, they didnt want to hear it

As for 9/11

Bush was given information in a daily briefing, saying "'Bin Laden determined to attack the US''

Like Trump, he ignored it
Rice made a fool out of the entire Democrats during the congressional hearing, especially Richard Clarke.
Kate Steinle was separated from her family permanently but leftists didn't seem to mind.

And we still are faced with an unqualified President-elect refusing to do the basic homework of his new office.

It's a disgrace that modern conservatism is not just silent about it but fine with it.

First, Trump is infinitely more qualified to be President than Obama was when he was elected in '08.

Second, Trump is being briefed once a week and has advised that he wants to be notified if any situations change...a perfectly logical and prudent approach.

Third, Pence is receiving the DB's daily so the incoming ADMINISTRATION is receiving the intel DAILY.

Fourth, the less time Trump spends meddling in the affairs of foreign countries the more time he has to Make America Great Again

Fifth, quit being such a drama queen...it's really unflattering for you and totally annoying to the rest of us.

Trump is perfectly qualified to be POTUS

1. He is 35 years old

2. He was born in the United States.

No other qualifications needed.

First - He is not. Not in any way. He doesn't even understand the job.

Second - Once a week? Pathetic on every level.

Third - Vice-President elect Pence is not the incoming Commander-in-Chief although we understand he is running the show. Also, you are claiming that the President-elect only needs one briefing a week, so what is the Vice-President, just slow and in need or extra lessons?

Fourth - Wha... huh??? Do you 'hear' yourself?

Fifth - Grow up and take an honest look at this situation instead of this politically protective and indefensible one that has no principals, reason or sense of responsibility behind it.

Only a modern day U.S. conservative would see expecting the President of the United States to prepare for the job as being "drama".

REMEMBER WHEN THE RUSSIANS HACKED THE WHITE HOUSE’S COMPUTERS?

You probably don’t. We broke the story on Power Line in October 2014, writing about it here, here, here, here, here and here. The White House’s computers were down for weeks because of the intrusion by a “foreign power,” which the administration finally identified as Russia. It wasn’t just the White House, either; it was the entire Executive Office of the President, which comprises a good chunk of the executive branch. Nor was that all: the State Department’s computer system was hacked, too.

While we pounded away at the story, the White House refused to respond to our inquiries. The Washington press corps, which must have known that the White House’s computers were out of action, maintained a discreet silence, declining to write about the Russian hack, even though many D.C. reporters no doubt followed the story on Power Line. Why the coy silence? Because it was October 2014, weeks before the midterm elections, and the story reflected poorly on the Obama administration, which didn’t even discover the intrusion itself. It turned out that American officials were alerted to the Russian hack of the White House and State Department by an unidentified ally (I’m guessing Israel).

Only when the election was safely over did news outlets like CNN report the story (“How the U.S. thinks Russians hacked the White House”). Throughout, the Obama administration minimized the story, claiming that no harm was done and only unclassified material was accessed–an excuse that, as CNN wrote post-election, “belies the seriousness of the intrusion.”

Now, the same news outlets that refused to cover the Russian government’s hacking into White House and State Department computers and email systems try to tell us that an intrusion into Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s and John Podesta’s email accounts by someone–allegedly the same Russian government–is a story of world-historical importance. What a load of bulls–t.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the hacker found his way on to government servers via HRC's private toilet bowl server set-up.

No, that one would be on you. Many more are impressed with Trump's first month than not from what I hear. There will always be a few naysayers and pessimists but then the last day of Trump's 4 or 8 years has concluded all will know for sure if it was a good presidency or not. In the meantime pure speculation will reign.
