"On one end of the spectrum, America could have just been the victim of a virtual coup d'etat engineered by a combination of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, which would be among the most serious things to ever happen to our democracy.

But this could also just be a cynical ass-covering campaign, by a Democratic Party that has seemed keen to deflect attention from its own electoral failures."

You think that the Democrats had Comey release his bs faux threat letter of further prosecution, to cover for Hillary Clinton (if) she lost?

:rotflmao:

Ya think the whole thing was engineered by Democrats...to create an excuse?......

You don't....so you subscribe to the “ KGB and The FBI conspired to throw the election to Trump by revealing how corrupt and incompetent the Democrat Party is” conspiracy theory????

Really????..... the one which upon the slightest scrutiny and analysis suggests the White House case for the Conspiracy is… um, the opposite of strong.

Rolling Stone doesn't seem to be in lockstep with the other liberal media machines. We can continue to subscribe to what has already proven to be heavy liberal media bias or we can free think this one and realize there media manipulation is nothing more than just that.

The UVA story is not fake news. it was a news story that was wrong. They are two different things.

The Right has built its SOP on "fake news". This is absolute lies, created as lies, distributed as news. It is not "wrong news" where the author thinks they are reporting the truth but it turns out to be wrong or incorrect. It is fabricated "news" from the start that is then picked up and circulated as the truth.

This is an interesting story from a reporter with an interesting past.

What is troubling is that he totally ignores the public, technical reports, released by private cyber security firms that show the link to Russian intelligence. It seems that doesn't fit his notion that we have to believe the US government on this.

He then goes off in multiple tangents talking about various conspiracy theories from both the Right and Left that have nothing to do with this topic.

This is why I put him and that other guy on ignore.
There isn't worthwhile discussion with him or the other guy.
They fall back into this inane babbling full of doublespeak horse crap and whole threads collapse.
I put them away, don't read their garbage posts and I scroll beyond those that can't be avoided.

The more people that put em on ignore, the less their shiatte storms of lies can flame threads.

If you put people that you disagree with on ignore, that dooms you to a life of comfortable ignorance....You could be competitive in special Olympics, but you would never learn the real reason that Hillary lost the election because too many people didn't like her.............

If Donald Trump were half as smart as he thinks he is, I would feel a lot better.

Stout, it isn't so much that I disagree with them. It's that their posts are senseless circle jerks that need input from people that will complete the circle.
I opt out.
That's all.
I sometimes read a post of theirs when someone quotes them and if they ever begin to make sense I'll take em off ignore.
