Do you have a different portion of the 45 minute tape than the OP source did because that OP article killed the premise.
Oh , like when the CIA had Baghdadi released from prison in Iraq and sent him to their training camp in Jordan ???........................ :dunno:
There's that InfoWars conspiracy theory rearing its ugly head....
yeah, right up there with the Russians hacking into our electrical grid... thanks WaPo
Someone realized the information that was reported was wrong and retracted it.
Didn't continue to claim it to be true.
See the difference?
yes, news is no longer news and should be removed from 'news' section... we've been thru this - hysterical reaction by media outlet to non-event which then has to be proved to be non event, is proven to be nonevent and thus should be treated as such, somewhere other than the news section... where we can laugh at all the asshats who thought it was 'news'... which is where most of these Rusian hacking stories are going to end up

The story was not retracted, it was corrected and it is still news.

A laptop in a utility was found to have traces of Russian hacking, that is news.

It was misreported that the computer was part of the power grid. It was not. That correction does not make the fact that traces were found in a utility is not news.

Apparently the code is the same as what was used in the hacks of the DNC and others that have been traced back to the Russian government.

Do you have evidence that supports this?

I mean - almost every nation hacks every other nation on a daily basis, including the US. So there are two outcomes:

1. The claim is bogus

Shift it into an IRA where you can pick from a few funds if you have to. Sell it as a stimulus. Make it optional from this point onward.

One can dream though - they can't issue a payout because the money has already been spent.

You ignored it so everyone ignored it. In fact, several other security organizations took the raw data and validated that report after it was released. The Russians hacking the DNC was also a news story before the election but Comey made sure it was page 2 material.

If the Russians did indeed 'hack' the DNC, the only news was the DNC's crappy security and loose tongues. No false information was dispensed, no govt departments were hacked - real information was provided to the public, just like Trump's tax returns. Didn't see you whining like p*ssy about that.
