Perhaps but a Constitutional crisis seems in the works:

The Many Dangers of Donald Trump’s Executive Order http://www.newyorker.com/news/daily-comment/the-many-dangers-of-donald-trumps-executive-order

"It would likely be unconstitutional to ban people from America on the basis of their religious faith, and so, as the campaign progressed, Trump refined this proposal, or at least the terms he used to describe it. (Rudolph Giuliani has said that he advised Trump on how to make a Muslim ban more difficult to overturn on constitutional grounds.) Last June, following a massacre carried out at an Orlando night club by Omar Mateen, an American citizen of Afghan descent, Trump promised to “suspend immigration from areas of the world where there is a proven history of terrorism against the United States, Europe, or our allies until we fully understand how to end these threats.” He said he would lift the ban “when, as a nation, we are in a position to properly and perfectly screen these people coming into our country.” Muddying his prospective constitutional defense, he told Bloomberg, “I want terrorists out. I want people that have bad thoughts out.” He did not elaborate about how his thought police might operate."

It will be surprising if Trump's new Supreme Court rules that foreigners in foreign countries applying for refugee status have a US Constitutional freedom of religion... They ain't here, but you assume everyone in the world are protected by the US Constitution.....You need to take a pill and calm down.....Waterboarding refugee applicants may help in extreme vetting to keep out people with bad thoughts......... :rotflmao:

Trump may not be around long enough for it to matter: Don’t look now: It’s President Pence! Donald Trump can be deposed, even without impeachment; http://www.salon.com/2017/01/25/dont-look-now-its-president-pence-donald-trump-can-be-deposed-even-without-impeachment/

"Donald Trump is in over his head. This comes as no surprise to the millions of people who could see that he was unprepared and unfit for the job of president of the United States and voted against him. He’s basically a celebrity heir to a fortune who was so entitled that he believed his privileged existence proved he was competent to run the most powerful nation on Earth. That’s the attitude of an aristocrat who ascended to the throne without having any idea what it actually takes to rule. History’s full of such men. It doesn’t often work out well. Given Trump's erratic behavior in his first few days, Washington is starting to murmur about the 25th Amendment."

Trump Didn’t Fully Separate From Business http://thebea.st/2k7iZaT

"Records show that President Trump is still very closely tied to his family business, according to The New York Times, despite a public statement and press conference addressing the issue days before he took office. During the Manhattan news conference, Trump said he would place his business holdings in a trust in order to curb any fears from the public that he could exploit the presidency for his own personal gain."

Oh and I hope the Trump family is having fun on our dime!

Eric Trump Trip Cost Taxpayers $97K http://thebea.st/2jHKxHr

"According to a report in The Washington Post, Eric Trump went to Uruguay in early January for a trip to promote the Trump Organization. It ended up costing U.S. taxpayers nearly $100,000 in hotel rooms for Secret Service and embassy staff. During the trip, Trump reportedly mingled with real estate brokers in the area and spoke to a number of people at a Trump Tower Punta del Este evening party. The bill for the hotel rooms for the Secret Service totaled $88,320, according to the report. The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay, agreed to pay an additional $9,510 for its staff to stay in hotel rooms as well."

My guess is no.

The American people will soon become very well versed in the Emoluments Clause.

What say you forum participants?

Will Trump Avoid a Constitutional Crisis? http://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/will-trump-avoid-a-constitutional-crisis

:jester: :violin: :ohsnap:
He won't avoid the Constitutional crises. He will ignore it.
It's up to Congress and the Courts to step up and do their job.

If they ignore their job they are derelict in their duties and should be considered as accomplices to treason if not actual traitors in their own right.
Will you be threatening the Congress and the court now?
Threatening? How is pointing out that they are refusing to do the job they were elected to do threatening?

By the way. On Friday, Trump will officially become in violation of the Constitution.
Just pointing that out to you.
What specific constitutional violation are to referring to?

You're chasing the wrong rabbit!

Now back to reality: Constitutional crisis? What happens if Trump decides to ignore a judge's ruling. http://wpo.st/xYN_2

"The administration is complying with the order. But Trump's increasingly alarming tweets and this type of rhetoric about the judge's authority leads us to a question: What if it didn't? What if Trump — or any president — decided too much was at stake or that he didn't recognize “this so-called judge's” authority?

It's something experts on executive authority have been chewing over. Given Trump's populist campaign, admiration for authoritarian leaders and expressed skepticism toward the political establishment, some think it's possible he takes on the judicial establishment, too.... sometimes presidents have interpreted court decisions in ways that lead to discord between branches of government, leading to the threat of constitutional crises.

The most oft-cited example of a president allegedly ignoring a court ruling involves the populist president that Trump's team seems most interested in comparing to Trump: Andrew Jackson... Trump could be held in contempt of court, and it would then be up to the House of Representatives.

"[Contempt of court], in my opinion, is a 'high crime or misdemeanor' in the meaning of the Constitution, and he would be subject to impeachment,” Franklin said. “Whether or not the House of Representatives would see it that way is another question. It is at that point their call.”

And then there's this too: White House Pulls Back From Bid to Reopen C.I.A. ‘Black Site’ Prisons https://nyti.ms/2k7R2Qh

Trump will eventually hang himself: What Trump Wants Bill O’Reilly, and All of Us, to Forget http://www.newyorker.com/news/amy-davidson/what-trump-wants-bill-oreilly-and-all-of-us-to-forget

"In his pre-Super Bowl interview with Bill O’Reilly, the President used willed oblivion to evade any questions he didn’t want to answer."

:rotflmao:
The Bill of Rights are restrictions on the government. They apply to government action towards anyone.
The US Constitution does not protect the whole world from the US government...The prior residents of Hiroshima are an appropriate example....Another La Pasionaria fail................ :oyvey
If youre going to be so ignorant you can skip the :oyvey nonsense.

Hiroshima was bombed after congress voted to declare war on Japan. Completely constitutional. Also irrelevant.

Yet again the bill of rights are restrictions on the government. It always applies to the government no matter who they are dealing with.

Ever notice the only 2 people Trump refuses to speak ill of are Stormy Daniels and Vladimir Putin?
