Quoting limited to 5 levels deepThat hypocrisy is rife on the conservative/republican side. Accusations of Obama (therefor illegitimate to be president) being a foreigner, a moozlem, a gay hustler..all kinds of crap...some of it coming from Trump.
But now the shoe is on the other foot, conservatives act all aggrieved now that their guy is being treated the same way they treated Obama. Trump was ONE of these people...he was king birther for a spell.
Whatever you say, Kelly Ann
I doubt she is regretting anything - she basically got Trump elected in the last 90 days.
Before going on Trumps campaign, Kellyanne Conway was heading Cruz's bid.
KELLYANNE CONWAY: Before the victims of his elevated kind of talk, they were unions and they were Democrats, and they were people who were living off the system. But then it looked like it was commuters and everyday people. And I think that's actually something that could hurt Trump in South Carolina and beyond if people start to see that he's not -- he says he's for the little guy, but he's actually built a lot of his businesses on the backs of the little guy and he's a lot of little guys through eminent domain, or through not paying contractors after you’ve built something. The little guys have suffered. [CNN, CNN Newsroom with Carol Costello, 2/10/16]
KELLYANNE CONWAY: For Trump, the debates are fraught with peril. Because now the question is going to be about these Trump victims. The reason the messaging has gotten better since Alex’s barnburner of an article two weeks ago is they’re starting to talk about victims of Trump University, victims of Trump in Atlantic City. Before that it was his conservative apostasies, now it’s actually you’re for the little guy but you’ve built your business on the backs of the little guy. [CNN, At This Hour, 3/8/16]
It would appear that Kellyanne Conway's integrity is for sale to whomever she can use to raise her profile.
Neat. Are you going to continue moving goal posts all the way to page 10?
Hey Bub..I was merely following a linear conversation here
I really don't have an opinion as of yet on the whole Russian thing..though I do not Trust Trump and I sure as hell do not trust Putin Whatever evidence there is will most likely not be made public until some sort of investigation or report occurs. I do wonder how you yoou would respond if incontrovertible proof was produced that backs up the allegations. I honestly think that you would not care. You would definitely would have to get in touch with your inner Kellyanne to spin on it.
You may be a conservative republican..if you are pro life until you get your mistress knocked up

If the Russians hacked Hillary's email and sent it to Assange - I would not care.
The information within those emails was relevant to the election.

You should be asking yourself why ignoring the content of those emails is relevant to your interests.
Absolutely - sharing debate questions between CNN and the DNC was bad.
It was much worse than just that.....
I don't know if it gets any worse than subverting the election process.
But hacking into private emails and releasing them to influence an election isn't? What if Trump was on the ass end of this..some hacker gets his tax returns or something and releases them and the info contributes to him losing...somehow, I doubt that you would be ok with that.

Ah - I didn't blame Bush for releasing the Hollywood Access tapes? That certainly had an influence on the election and had it stuck and Trump lost - I would have probably blamed the media that was selling it as an admission of sexual assault.
But to your first question - if is was proven that Trump made a deal with Putin, funded the hacking of Hillary's server and Trump in exchange became a Manchurian candidate for Russia in the US - then yes I would have a problem with that. As it stands there is no evidence the Russians were involved at all, other then a few unknown sources that have political interests. If the Russians were involved, most likely it was because they were afraid a Hillary presidency would continue to economically damage Russia and their only response would be a hot war.
and adding to that, it is quite telling that the Democrats immediately blamed Russia as if they needed that extra emotional vigor to distract voters from the more likely leaker - a DNC insider, like Seth Rich.
So I guess leftists are dropping this Russians caused Clinton to lose excuse?
No patriot should not seek the complete investigation of Russian interference with our elections.
If that leaves out President Trump and his supporters so be it.
Along with the full investigation of how the Russians penetrated DNC security I would like to see a full investigation (maybe by special prosecutor) of the DNCs policies that led to the Clinton candidacy. The system was rather obviously rigged so that Clinton would face at the worst some weak competition during the primaries. The old socialist who all the millennials chose to support was obviously a surprise to party. That means that the party had every intention of running a primary where no person could win who was not Clinton. When they were confronted with some actual competition it seems that the DNC did indeed actually do some manipulation of the system help guarantee a Clinton victory. The fact that this manipulation later turned out to be unnecessary is irrelevant.
So, I do agree that there needs to be a full investigation into the Democrat primary, the manipulation by the DNC that resulted in Clinton being the nominee and the Russian hacking of that party that finally exposed the possible malfeasance by the DNC.
After all, the integrity of our election system is very important and all avenues of compromise should be investigated...

Harry Reid essentially did that to Romney......nary a peep from you people....yes you people.... Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney’s taxes. He’s still not sorry.
One of the strangest incidents of the 2012 presidential campaign was when then-Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid accused then-Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney of having not paid any taxes over the past decade. That Reid made that allegation from the floor of the Senate made it even odder.
The problem with Reid's allegation? It's just not true. We know that, at least in 2011 and 2010, Romney did pay taxes. How do we know that? Because Romney released his tax returns for those years. In 2011, Romney paid $1.9 million in taxes; in 2010, he paid slightly more than $3 million in taxes.
Our own Fact Checker gave Reid Four Pinocchios for his "no taxes" claim. PolitiFact gave the claim a "Pants on Fire" rating.
Yet Reid (D-Nev.) not only refuses to retract the allegation but also seems to take great pride in it. When pressed by CNN's Dana Bash last year about continuing to defend a statement that is not true, Reid responded, "Romney didn't win, did he?"
