Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

Yea but how does South Korea compare with their government run brothers to the north? I have to assume North Korea which has government healthcare, government education and a government run economy to be more prosperous and free than the exploited capitalist nation to the south? Can I get an update?

Maybe yes, maybe no.. but that economy and wonderful panorama you point for them and envy so much is largely because of out protection.
Same with Japan.

Wanna hear one of the reasons they are your dream place? Because they enjoy the security of having the US as a protectorate.

Yes, the American taxpayers have been taken for a ride. It's time to not protect other wealthy nations capable of protecting themselves.

But that is secondary. Seoul is Korean whereas Others London is no longer English and Paris is no longer French.

Seoul may be all Korean, but it's only free and prosperous as long as there are miles long mine fields to protect them, should the North be able to circumvent that defense, your prosperous South Korea would quickly be swallowed whole by a million man North Korean Army and this time there would be no UN or United States to hold the line. Greater Korea would become just like the North.

I thought it was paradise, fashy.
How do you think paradise got to be paradise, fashy?

They got to be paradise because they have not been required to foot their own bills.
Maybe we can expect Russia to foot our bills, fashy?
That way we can sit back and enjoy the care of others.

Your other wonderland, Japan, is the same dynamic.
Walk away from them and they would lose their magic power.

I don't advocate either of them being abandoned.
It's part of the bigger picture of keeping China in check.

All South Korea has to do is kill the little fat a-hole that's brutalizing the country and the North Koreans would surrender. There's no reason the civilized world allows that POS to do what he does. Hopefully Trump will send an anonymous drone to kill him.

N Korea cannot militarily defeat the South. If S Koreans cannot maintain their freedom, that is not America's responsibility.

Of course they can defeat the South militarily....were it not for intercession by the West over 60 years ago, there wouldn't have been a South Korea.

A couple things.
They haven't surpassed us but they have improved.
Thanks to the umbrella of protection afforded them by us.

The heritage of immigration is what built this country. Japan and Korea predate us by a huge margin and were not built with immigration as the cornerstone.

If they were all that and a bag of donuts they would never had needed our protection.

Japan and S Korea needed American protection because we destroyed those two nations in the middle of the 20th century. This idea that immigration is our history has spread from here to Australia to Britain to Germany to France. Call it what it is: a lie designed to reduce the political and economic strength of the indigenous working class. That whirlwind was reaped at the Bataclan.

Why hasn't Seoul suffered its own Bataclan or 9/11 or Rotherham or Cologne?

How many Syrian or Somali refugees have they accepted?

Regardless of why we became their protector, we are their protector and that is what gives them the freedom to build a robust society.
That is why they have done well.
Because this steamin heap of immigrants from all over the world stepped up to help them up when they were down.
They were willing particiapnts in WWII.
