not. At this rate Trump 2020 is becoming a full reality. Sally Boynton Brown running for DNC chair is obsessed with the color of your skin. “My job is to shut other white people down when they want to say, ‘oh, no, I’m not prejudice; I’m a Democrat; I’m accepting,’” Brown bellowed during the forum, which was hosted by MSNBC’s Joy Reid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDOdcsh435Q Edited by estonianman, Jan 24 2017, 11:34 AM.

Yep, they are in full meltdown mode. They are having a circle jerk about crowd size while their empire is crumbling around them. They've lost both Houses, the WH and over 900 elected seats and all they care about is Trump's hands and how many people were at his inauguration. Trump is winning over union support, if he gets black voters on board the democrat party will probably join ISIS and declare jihad. |

Trump isn't going to get black votes anymore than Reagan's 1986 amnesty gave the GOP California's Latino voters. |

Wouldn't it be nice if the 221 million that Obama quietly gave the Palestinian authority was instead used to repair the water system in Flint? Democrats are cancer. |

Democrats are more like Cigarrettes; and there are plenty of addicts who need that quick high no matter that it will kill them in the last my run. |

Faulty reasoning. It makes perfect sense for black voters to vote for the political party which advocates more welfare and discriminatory hiring preferences in your favor |

If your dream is to sleep around and have children by different men while the government supports them, voting for the Democratic Party is a rational choice. . |

People continue to underestimate Trump. I see Trump getting together with black leaders and getting the process started. A man with a job is certainly more likely to vote for a republican. Edited by PATruth, Jan 24 2017, 01:32 PM.

It doesn't matter. The urban leftist strongholds already went for Hillary and she still lost. Clinton only won 57 counties out of 3141. Edited by estonianman, Jan 24 2017, 01:35 PM.

It was a close run thing; Trump wouldn't have run against a better opponent. It's just a matter that of time before Arizona and Texas flip. Reagan granted millions of illegals amnesty in 1986 and California has voted democrat ever since. Orange County voted democrat for the first time since Franklin Roosevelt. Trump lost tens of thousands of votes in Dallas, Harris and Bexar Counties relative to Romney. Edited by Harambe4Trump, Jan 24 2017, 01:40 PM.

The corporate Democrats prefer to lose. They get a lot of money regardless of results. I would not be surprised if, at times, they get paid to lose. |

While you are noting notable counties’ party switches from 2016… For Hillary Clinton, Orange County (Santa Ana), California carried Democratic first time since Franklin Roosevelt won 46 of 48 states with his second-term re-election in 1936. That may impress some people. But, Orange County—known for being county for people with money (not working class)—was notorious for being Republican that it even went for Barry Goldwater in 1964. (Goldwater carried only six states.) For Donald Trump, there was that one county in Kentucky which voted Republican first time ever. He became the first Republican to carry Burlington County (Burlington), Iowa since Dwight Eisenhower won 41 of 48 states with re-election in 1956. Pueblo County (Pueblo), Colorado carried Republican for only the second time since the 1960s. (It voted for Richard Nixon as he was re-elected with 49 states in 1972.) Erie County (Erie), Pennsylvania and Saginaw County (Saginaw), Michigan carried Republican first time since Ronald Reagan was re-elected with 49 states in 1984. Montgomery County (Dayton), Ohio carried Republican first time since 1988. Edited by Colors, Jan 24 2017, 10:53 PM.
