You better duck old Trumpy!
Senior Secret Service agent suggests she wouldn't take 'a bullet' for Trump http://washex.am/2jb3iOk
"A senior U.S. Secret Service agent posted social-media condemnations of President Trump during the past seven months, including one in which she said she wouldn't want to "take a bullet" for him. She explained herself saying she viewed his presidential candidacy as a "disaster" for the country, and especially for women and minorities."

I have no problem with this woman and her opinions. I do have a few friends who are former Secret Service who served during Bill Clinton's time in office on his presidential detail and on Mrs. Clinton's detail. These folks hold a very low opinion of Mrs. Clinton but all of them would have given their life protecting her. They all love Bill.
So they would not appreciate this woman saying these things in public while still serving. As I said, I don't have a problem with her feeling this way. If I were Trump or Pence though and I was going to visit Denver then of course I would have the lead guy in my advance team relieve her of her duties until after the visit.

Chelsea Clinton once called the Secret Service "pigs" when the Clinton's occupied the WH. I certainly don't blame Chelsea, she was merely repeating what she heard from Hillary. Personally I would take a pie in the face to save Hillary's life.

I can not say that I agree with this person as a Secret Service Agent and if that is her true sentiment than she should not be on any details that involve protecting Trump when he's in Denver.
I did post this as I find it amazing at just how much disdain this guy Trump engenders and I think he has little to look forward to going forward as he has pissed off so many people that they'll give him no respite or peace.

Lincoln engendered plenty of disdain amongst his political opponents. Where did that leave them?

I even think there are a couple books out there by other Secret Service people who detail just how much they did not like Clinton.
You don't have to like the guy you are assigned to protect but you do have to protect him or her.
Maybe this woman should be transferred over to the financial crimes side of the Secret Service.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Secret Service may discipline a senior official who suggested on Facebook that she did not want to “take a bullet” for President Donald Trump, the agency and a newspaper said.
The online comments, which were first reported by the Washington Examiner newspaper on Tuesday, were made over seven months ago by Kerry O’Grady, special agent in charge of the agency’s Denver district.
In a recent post, O’Grady made the logo for the anti-Trump Women’s March in Denver her Facebook cover backdrop on Friday, the day Trump was sworn in as president in Washington, the newspaper said.
“The U.S. Secret Service is aware of the postings and the agency is taking quick and appropriate action,” the agency said in a statement on Tuesday. “Any allegations of misconduct are taken seriously and swiftly investigated.

As well they should, and if she's unwilling to fulfill her responsibilities? ..... then she should be relieved of those responsibilities, but that should be the limit of the imposed consequences.

They are the enforcement arm of the Treasury department, I don't see anything in her statements that would prevent her from doing that job.
