Yes, clearly the problem is that we just haven't been dropping enough bombs.

News Flash: Mattis continues Obama strategy on first day. Bigger news would be if they had stopped bombing. |

Apparently not. The idea is to bomb them back into the stone age. |

They are already there. We've been bombing them for many, many months now under Obama. The assumption is it will continue under Trump. It is the height of partisanship to suddenly assume bombs work better under Trump than under his predecessor. Edited by Two a.m., Jan 25 2017, 02:29 AM.

it's all in the tactics used that apparently Hussein's administration never used.. the difference between Mad Dog and the last secretary of defense is.. Mad Dog isn't micromanaged like Hussein did to all of his cabinet.. Mad Dog tactics.. snip.. He bombs dozens of ISIS positions of course. He bombs them thirty nine times during a total of twenty five airstrikes to be exact. According to publicly released information: The strikes were conducted as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the operation to eliminate the ISIL terrorist group and the threat it poses to Iraq, Syria, the region and the wider international community. The destruction of targets in Syria and Iraq further limits ISIL’s ability to project terror and conduct operations, officials said. The total number of aircraft involved in the missions as well as the amount of munitions dropped was not revealed by the Pentagon. However, we do know that dozens of ISIS fighting positions, vehicles, weapons and buildings were destroyed or rendered inoperable. Most notably: Near Raqqa, 22 strikes engaged 12 ISIL tactical units; destroyed nine fighting positions, two tunnels, two tanks an improvised-bomb factory and an ISIL headquarters; and suppressed three ISIL tactical units. Based on reports it is also clear that remotely piloted aircraft (drones) as well as traditional aircraft played a role in the strikes. It looks like Secretary of Defense Mattis is on board with sending a strong message to ISIS at the beginning of the Trump administration. then we have insane Hussein who micromanaged his cabinet and the war through his WH staff: :oyvey 3 of his 4 Secretary Defense spoke up.. Hagel has some pretty enlightening things to say.. |

The U S will no longer be arming "moderate rebels"' Countless pilots report returning with the bomb loads after not being allowed to attack. 75% of U.S. bombing runs targeting Islamic State returned without firing a shot https://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/06/75-of-u-s-bombing-runs-targeting-islamic-state-returned-without-firing-a-shot "Between August 2014 and June 2015, there were 18,042 combat sorties over Iraq and Syria, according to U.S. Air Forces Central Command. Weapons (guns, bombs or missiles) were used in 4,175 of them, or 23 percent. That ratio varies per month, but overall, weapons were not used in 77 percent of sorties. Some critics have used the statistics to say the Obama administration is not properly conducting its air campaign in Iraq and Syria. Defense policy experts told us that weapons use during sorties against Islamic State was low compared with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan." Edited by Alt Right PEPE, Jan 25 2017, 08:56 AM.

Sure, we can bomb the kerfluffle out of them as long as you don't care about innocents. You must recall ISIS/ISIL is in itself an occupying power, it's why hundreds of thousands of Syrians have become refugees, so after we bomb them "back into the Stone Age" are the Russians and the US going to help the non-ISIS/ISIL Syrians to get back on their feet after we've destroyed their portion of the country? |

Yes, but conservatives bombs are just more effective than liberal bombs. Haven't you been keeping up with the news? |
