Goodlatte’s assertion doesn’t seem to hold water. Susan Bloch, a constitutional law professor at Georgetown University, said the NLRB case is very different than the rest of the cases on the list, in that the court actually was ruling on a separations of power issue and a presidential overreach.

"That’s a fair case of the president’s use of executive authority getting rejected," she said.

But the rest of the claim? "It’s a total overstatement," Bloch said.

Why?

For starters, in eight of the cases, the alleged overreach occurred under President George W. Bush, as did the court cases that challenged the administration (United States vs. Jones, Sackett vs. EPA, Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School vs. EEOC, Gabelli vs. SEC, Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States, PPL Corp. vs. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Horne vs. USDA, and Bond vs. United States). Bush’s Justice Department handled the initial court proceedings in most instances.

I let the facts, as presented by your own linked article, speak for themselves.

I seem to recall the Obama administration losing a few court cases here and there. And never once did Obama attack the judge involved on a personal basis.

The administration just gave the court the middle finger.
How so, exactly? And I want a specific incident where the Obama administration did not actually abide by a final court ruling.
Look at the Supreme Court ruling about deporting illegal immigration. Obama refused to comply.
Nope. He complied to the limits funded by Congress. He prioritized to clear out the ones that were committing criminal offenses. That Congress would not fund the deportation at a higher rate is their doing, not Obama's.

As a general rule, leftists will always complain when you do something good. Thus, Trump's swipe at this corrupt judge was probably the right move.
So you're prepared to scrap our Republican concept of "checks and balances" and an independent judiciary in favor of a banana republic's court system that is a mouthpiece for the government. Kudo's, you're no longer an American.

Liberals are hoping terrorist-Americans will become their next big voter block. Imagine the diversity, illegals, inner city welfare mammy's, trans- genders, trans-racial and terrorist-American!

That's going to be tough for the GOP to counter.
That's completely absurd and you know it. No one is suggesting we allow more terrorists to immigrate. We're just pointing out the fact that immigrants aren't a major source of terrorists.

These people are VETTED.
Complete BS, they can't be vetted, neither can the millions that have come across the border from Mexico and South America. Second, I don't care if the MAJORITY aren't terrorists, 1% of 100,000 people is 1000 terrorists. That's a lot of death and destruction.

The government's main job, one they do very poorly, is protecting it's citizens. Importing undesirables and people from terror breeding grounds is just plain stupid and provides no value or benefit whatsoever to law abiding citizens like me.

Why don't you tell me the benefits of bringing poor illiterate peasants from the ME into our country?

Please expand....
They reliably vote democrat
Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

Libtard...ok :shakeshead:

Our government is structured around checks and balances
Apparently, Trump doesn't understand this.
He entered the office thinking that he can just do what he wants
Now he is finding out the hard way, the limits of his power
