Last night, The New York Times published a piece that said as much. According to the Times, upon entering the White House, Bannon “rushed into the vacuum, telling allies that he and [adivsr Stephen] Miller have a brief window in which to push through their vision of Mr. Trump’s economic nationalism.” But with protests erupting around the country, and headlines shouting that Bannon is the power behind the throne, it seems like Trump is starting to get annoyed with his racist Wormtongue. While Bannon remains Trump’s “dominant adviser,” Trump is angry that he treated him like a human fountain pen, sneaking his way into the National Security Council through an executive order that Trump apparently didn’t read. https://newrepublic.com/minutes/140437/president-steve-bannon-starting-get-donald-trumps-nerves Edited by dr345, Feb 7 2017, 04:11 PM.

An executive order that he didn't write, didn't read and doesn't understand. I believe the word "stooge" is applicable in his case. |

Trump critics are writing postcards to 'President' Bannon An embarrassment. Anti-American. Chaotic. That's how critics have described former Breitbart News chief Stephen Bannon's performance as an adviser to President Trump over the past two weeks. And there's one other epithet: "President Bannon." Using the #PostcardstoBannon and #PresidentBannon hashtags, people took to Twitter to show off postcards they plan to send to the White House. Some used templates from the Women's March movement, which encourages people to send postcards to government officials expressing their concerns. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2017/02/07/postcards-to-bannon-critics--president-bannon-trump/97579950/ |
