Don't let the leftist MSM gaslight you with a pity-party. She was a felon ordered deported, an identity thief, and a welfare parasite. tell the real story, not the MSM spin.

Clearly a threat to national security....put her in Gitmo...no doubt linked to the cartels, she's probably selling drugs out of her home most likely.

Really now..is this the example you want to deport....the charge of identity theft was served was it not?

Absolutely. There is no place for mercy in the enforcement of immigration laws.
Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

She was charged and convicted of identity theft. From the OP...

"Ms. Garcia, who has a prior felony conviction in Arizona for criminal impersonation, was the subject of a court-issued removal order that became final in July 2013. Ms. Garcia’s immigration case underwent review at multiple levels of the immigration court system, including the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the judges held she did not have a legal basis to remain in the U.S. ICE will continue to focus on identifying and removing individuals with felony convictions who have final orders of removal issued by the nation’s immigration courts."

Having lived in other countries if I had pulled this kind of nonsense those people would not be blocking my deportation for the purpose of keeping me there it would be to chop me into pieces as bait for their fish pots. And the immigration people probably would have let them.....

Just what the hell does that have to do with my stances on business, military, veterans, fiscal conservatism. In this case we're basically sending back the equivalent of the illegal soccer mom for Gods' sake.

How bout we start with emptying our prisons first? Numerous members of Cartels or just plain ole fashioned Mexican gangs in our prisons...how bout we send the worst back first?

I don't have a problem with curtailing the problem with illegal immigration..but geesh....this is what you'd prefer to start out with?

Ok, granted the woman isn't exactly Griselda Blanco but she is a convicted felony criminal none the less. One who's past has caught up with her. Her deportation order was finalized under the Obama administration. (2013) and carried out under the current admin.

What gets me is how long her case has been bouncing around in the appeals courts. Four years?? :oyvey We need an express lane for deportations and removals. She should have been on a bus to Nogales the day after her conviction.

I think she is getting what she deserves by being deported. The circumstances of her case warrant it. Commit a crime (excluding the illegal entry) and you get caught and convicted you should be deported.
But I'm not sure that you short circuit due process when that comes into play.
If you do that because it's the expedient way to get to the end of the process it makes it easier to short circuit it in other cases that may not be as clear cut.

Streamlining the system is not short circuiting. The woman was convicted of a felony, not to mention she was here illegally to begin with. That should trigger her automatic deportation after a review of her case. The courts are clogged with cases like hers. She's a burden on society and she should have been removed from it post haste.

In this I can agree after she was originally convicted of the felony Id theft charge, that should have been an immediate seat on a transport heading south to hand over to Mexican federales at the nearest suitable border crossing.

The problem is as always been in such cases her now naturalized children, it does seem cruel to send her away while allowing her children to remain.

Experience tells me people rarely get caught for there first criminal act. Drunk drivers are usually habitual drunk drivers. Drug dealers rarely get caught after their first offence. If this woman's choice of crimes was identity theft she probably did it dozens if not hundreds of time before she was caught. Maybe we should ask the victims of her crimes what we should do? How about a little sympathy for the victims instead of the perp?

We don't need people like her, she should have been deported immediately but that doesn't change the fact she needs to go. Children are often the victims of bad parenting, choose your parents wisely.
