The goal of the Democratic Party and the left is nothing less than the deconstruction and dismantling of western civilization; Putin is a barrier to this.
Western civilization is based on democratic values found in the Age of Reason, you want autocratic rule. So, who really is destroying Western civilization?
Western Civilization predates the enlightenment.
It's also found in the philosophy of the values of Greece, and Roman Republic.
The Roman Republic became corrupted and dependent on imported cheap labor. Caesar was the solution to this.
Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

The question is - where did this pro-war left come from? Not only do they want to provoke Russia, but they support the continued bombing of Syria and Libya - with continued hostile operations in places like Yemen.
I'm not sure where this fantasy comes from. I haven't heard anyone advocate war with Russia. We let them take Crimea, under the unspoken but understood post-cold-war arrangement that NATO territory was off limits, but Ukraine (and probably Belarus if it came to push) were Russian sphere.

90% of the bombing in Syria has been Russian &/or Assad. There's been no large scale bombing in Libya recently. The US has targeted a few ISIS camps, which Trump has promised to "wipe out" so there's not much of a policy difference is there?

Trump just got Americans killed in Yemen. That's a fact. "...but Hillary would have started a war with Russia" is nonsense. Perhaps she wouldn't have let Russia walk all over US interests without objection, as Trump seems willing to do, but that's a long way from war.
Sure - and I'll him out on it when he does.

Thing is - Hillary supported every war that wasn't self-defense in the last 23 years, she was a warmonger and the left would have excused 4-8 more years of it because she was a female and its 2016. Then when the left lost, they desperatley wanted Khrushchev era relations with a major nuclear power because muh' wikileaks, when it very well could have been Seth Rich an DNC operative that leaked the emails.

Once again on the thread in the OP - Cautionary Tales makes wild accusations of Russian collusion with ZERO evidence.

The bulk of the US government and majority of the US population supported those wars when they began. Those few of us who vocally opposed them at the time were berated, ironically by many of the same people who now blame Hillary, while absolving themselves and the other "warmongers" they voted for. It's spectacular hypocrisy.

I was for the invasion of Iraq and killing Muslims....I was against the occupation and nation building....One should never break something with the intent of putting it back together........
