Trump’s two-year presidency https://wpo.st/0y9b2 "Good news: In two years, we’ll have a new president. Bad news: If we make it that long. My “good” prediction is based on the Law of the Pendulum. Enough Americans, including most independent voters, will be so ready to shed Donald Trump and his little shop of horrors that the 2018 midterm elections are all but certain to be a landslide — no, make that a mudslide — sweep of the House and Senate. If Republicans took both houses in a groundswell of the people’s rejection of Obamacare, Democrats will take them back in a tsunami of protest. Once ensconced, it would take a Democratic majority approximately 30 seconds to begin impeachment proceedings selecting from an accumulating pile of lies, overreach and just plain sloppiness. That is, assuming Trump hasn’t already been shown the exit." |

Liberals will experience the full horror of their Trump experience between his second and fourth year.....They will be seen running down the streets of America, crying hysterically....Stronger control of the Congress and Supreme Court will permit him to add desperately needed Constitutional Amendments and laws..............

Kathleen Parker is detached from reality. 11 of Trump's executive orders have majority support. But will fake news tell you that? Feck no - muh' narrative. |

I don't think leftists are doing themselves any favors with these wild-eyed hissy fits. Most folks are unimpressed that Democrats were trying to impeach the President before he did anything and scream every time he blows his nose. Trust in the media is plummeting even lower and the Democrat party is quickly being well known as an extremist branch of quacks. |

What hissy fit? We're just pointing out the real facts! Trump's advisers want you to believe he's the most productive president yet. He isn't. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-accomplishments_us_58a0ccf8e4b094a129ec274d … "Even some of Trump’s supporters have criticized the president for telling blatant falsehoods, alienating longtime international allies, and introducing clumsily made policies that have invited judicial scrutiny. They are lot more likely to forgive him if, despite all the controversy, he’s taking concrete steps to realize his central campaign promises. But although Trump has spent a lot of time holding meetings and signing pieces of paper in front of television cameras, the changes to federal policy have been less consequential than the images suggest. In fact, Trump has actually accomplished relatively little compared to his immediate predecessor, former President Barack Obama." |

This stuff is serious, really serious. Mercedes Schlapp of the conservative organ The Washington Times just said on Fox that "There have been more leaks out of the Trump administration in four weeks than during the entire Obama presidency." And there's this: It’s Time for a Proper Investigation of Trump’s Russia Ties http://www.newyorker.com/news/john-cassidy/its-time-for-a-proper-investigation-of-trumps-russia-ties "Michael Flynn’s resignation doesn’t put an end to the story. It only highlights the need for a proper investigation into the President’s ties to Putin." |

It is a huge problem, absolutely. That is why Trump should return the House Un-American Activities Committee. We need drastic measures to drain the swamp. This shadow government business is soviet Russia, not democracy |

The House Un-American committee was an American disgrace. Your continuing call for rounding up Americans and destroying them for your political pleasure is an abomination of everything American and decent. A sick power grab of the lowest kind. |

Trump may soon have too many problems to handle all at once: Trump's impeachment talk now has teeth; http://www.nj.com/opinion/index.ssf/2017/02/trumps_impeachment_is_now_on_the_menu_moran.html "For now, put aside the blundering and bigotry at the borders, the daily diet of lies, the billionaire president's financial secrets and conflicts of interest, and even the scary signs that the leader of the free world is a mentally unstable man. Put that all aside for today. Because the Russians interfered in our presidential election, and now we learn that Russian intelligence agents had extensive contacts with Team Trump during the campaign, while they were cheating on his behalf. We need every shred of information about those contacts – with a special focus on what President Trump knew and when. For those who see his impeachment as America's best hope to survive this dangerous moment, it is time to inch up to the edge of your seats and get ready to protest. If Congress doesn't put together an investigation that is credible and tough, and bipartisan in spirit, then it's time to get back to the streets in force, and to plan a campaign of civil disobedience. The resignation of Michael Flynn, the national security advisor, after less than a month in office does not end this matter. It should be regarded as a starting gun, a moment when the lid is pulled off a barrel of snakes that now must be untangled and sorted." |

Give one logical reason why it shouldn't happen. If all your conspiracy theories about Trump are true, this will take care of it. You prefer illegal leaking from a CIA shadow govt instead? |

Trump may be undone by his own party: GOP senators unnerved by Trump-Russia relationship; http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/319800-gop-senators-unnerved-by-trump-russia-relationship "GOP senators unnerved by Trump-Russia relationship. Senate Republicans are expressing growing concerns about the relationship between the Trump administration and Russia. While Republicans aren’t yet willing to endorse a special investigative committee, GOP senators have indicated that could change." |
