GR, what you post is nothing but Russian propaganda, Ruptly is a news agency belonging to RT...
it's a part of Putin's infowars, a faked news and intereference in US elections...
By the way, that duck - is it camouflaged Trump? I would initiate questioning him on another link to Russia
So which is it ? American propaganda or Russian -or is there really much difference ?
The globalists want control of everyone, and I don't think they care which flags are waving.
It's my guess that 90% of Russians and Americans are basically the same.
The real leftists are the silenced majority, the sleeping giant.

it was irony, I meant that if I disliked the news - there's an excellent opportunity to clame it's fake - it's RT, it must explain everything for a common American.. :)
Russians and Americans have something in common, in something we're different. I can't say we're similar, but maybe we are closer to Americans than to Europeans in mentality.

From an objective point of view, I think RT, Democracy Now and TYT are the best sources of truthful investigative journalism that we have to choose from in the States. Fox News is almost pure right wing propaganda, and CNN, MSNBC, and all the rest are just part of the network of global corporate control - the illusion is that they are 'liberal', which is a lie.

The talking heads and politicians are so scared of RT, they won't even call it by name - it's always a "Russian State-run news outlet" or a "Russian propaganda station"...

I am cautious about buying my wife a Russian mink coat....This may prove my links with Russia and ruin my career in the Trump government...Perhaps a Finn mink coat is a better political choice..........

Here's something I'd like to know. What do most Russians think of Edward Snowden, and do you think Putin or someone else
would ever turn him over to the US ?

One other question for you ...how is your healthcare system and how much do you pay for prescription drugs compared to us ?

Well, frankly saying I don't know. I mean as I know (and I may be wrong) Rt International based in Moscow is what we in Europe and the whole World watch but you in the US have a special RT with staff and studios based in the US and mostvof broadcasting you watch is unique and only maybe certain programmes are common with RT Internatiinal, but I think news are separate. The same maybe with UK but I am not sure. So I have never seen RT America and cannot judge what they are. I suppose it's just American journalists who are tired of MSM bias and sensorship and have personal agenda of presenting news as they feel is correct. Having several anchors of RT quitting right in the middle of broadcasting - none of them said they were taking some orders from Kremlin etc.
As for RT international - the greatest difference from CNN is that it presents both sudes of any confluct, while almost any Western sourse doesn't.
As I said Russian propaganda acts in different way, to shift viewers opinion closer to reality is already just a giant change of things. People in the West are so zombied that any objective view is already a complete failure of Western propaganda. :) So, as I understand RT focuses on revealing Western lie more than on proposing own agenda.

To understand attitude of Russians to Snowden you must take into account a complex relationship of Russians with the state/government. On one hand the State is the greatest value of Russians and we too often voluntarilly put its interests above our own - due to history of relentless foreign invasions to Russia, but on the other hand we have giant suspicion and mistrust to it due to long oppression. For the same reason, by the way, Russians mistrust official propaganda and are much less zombied than Americans.
So we always automatically feel greatest sympathy to everybody persecuted by the state, often with no reason, sometimes against reason. when Communist party started to press Yeltsin - immediately he became the most popular political figure in Russia.
So, regardless to US-Russia tensions most Russians view Snowden as Freedom fighter and a hero. Or at least are sympathetic to him. If he was Russian he would have a brilliant future as a politician if he wished so. So, taking it into account I don't believe Putin can hand him out to the US, it would destroy Putin's reputation. Even if he wanded to give him up. And though Putin monopolized decision making in Russia, but he acts having thoroughly examined public opinion and he never does sonething to make himself less popular. Or very seldom at least.

Healthcare - in USSR everything was free, except drugs. Drugs were sometmes free. Everybody was registered at certain local clinic and had to sit in lines for a couple of hours but it was free.
After collapse of USSR formally it was still free but healthcare was ruined, you had to pay unofficially to doctors, mostly. Since 2000 s approximately everything was more or less settled and now there's still free system, though very reduced, now not all doctors are available in all local clinics, you have to register either online or in the clinic for certain time 1-2 weeks in advance if you want to visit a certain specialist, depending on demand on him. You may go for one specialist in one clinic, for X-Ray in another, for computer tomography in the 3d - within free State sponsored healthcare insurance..
Or you may visit any doctor immideately having payed money. Or you can buy a healthcare insurance and visit a doctor immediately in certain private or even state clinics tied to insurance.
Prices - the first one in search results, an Israeli chain of clinics Medsi (one of the best here, my employer provides it for me too) - if you're 35, basic set without stomathology - 35000 Roubles, it's slightly more than $500, stomathology - +6000 roubles ($100), visits by doctor at your home - +$100 or 6000 Roubles.

the rate now is about $1=57 Roubles. I think you can easilly find cheaper private insurances.
you can google translate the webpage

Jar, Finland is not even a puppet, it has always been someones property, your 100 years of independence (in which you were really independent only after WWII till 2000s, being neutral) is a whim of the History, just in this period your former masters were thinking you are not worth to be the fought for :)
The "your former masters" didn't even manage to make Russian language as an official language of what was going to be an independent Finland.

Instead, Swedish was and is still the 2nd official language, just like some other countries have two or more official languages.
Some slang words (mostly spoken in the capital area) originated from Russian language have been known to exist but in today's world, most of those have slowly died to my knowledge.

Obviously, the concept of modern nationalism (the existence of a country) can handle different languages, even though the nationalists in many countries, who consider themselves as "the only true nationalists" are against that. This is the way currently the re-emerge of "the true nationalists" are describing themselves to be, and which is what I'm truly against.
That is the most reality of what that "true nationalism" has brought to human race - hatred and separation.

Such was brutal Russian yoke, Jar - no forced assimilation, no ethnic segregation, Finns could make brilliant career in Russian imperial power, like Mannergeim. :) I think you enjoy your present level of life mostly due to Russian influence, you were just lucky not to lose Russian imperial legacy in Civil and WWII as we did.

Soros?
yes, according to recent US witchhunt standards Navalny is an open CIA agent :) , he studied in the US on some US-funded scholarship. Though, in his case it was really an evidence whom he's working for, not just a witchhunt....
