Liberals said from day one Trump was an illegitimate president, his administration's actions now speak louder than his Twitter account can manage. Which means Trump and his posse are in deep, and there's no turning back.

Only conservatives could be this politically naive and reckless. Everything liberals warned this forum about his now unfolding in real time before our very eyes.

With the issue now being, Trump's problems much worse than even liberals dreamed possible.

If conservatives had even a modicum of intelligence they'd quickly remove Trump under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment. But common sense isn't exactly one of conservativism's stronger points, neither is admitting mistakes. So?

So, history will soon repeat itself and the GOP will once again learn the hard truth that in politics it's not the crime, it's the coverup that will end a presidency.

Now they have no one to blame but themselves.

Are the adults in charge yet?

Yes, we are hypocritical. There are different ways that a vote can be "flipped." Falsifying the ballot count is only the most obvious. We will become more sophisticated in our understand as the public hearings progress.

More Clinton votes were lost through cross-checking than anything else, but the media and politicians won't talk about that.

In all my years following politics, I've never, ever, seen anything as STUPID as this Russian meme, created by sore-loser Democrats, of affecting the outcome of an election. And Vladimir Putin did exactly, ...what? Hacked into the voting tabulations? Really? Where? How?

The mind boggles...

From the article.

Quote:

The U.S. ambassador to the United Nations says there's no question Russia was involved in the U.S. presidential election and that the actions of the Kremlin will be addressed after the investigations are completed.

"We don't want any country involved in our elections, ever," Nikki Haley said in an interview aired Sunday on ABC's "This Week."

Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied his country meddled in the contest between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton.

While the Trump White House rejects any suggestion that Trump or his staff had connections to Russia, Trump himself has said he believes Russian operatives hacked Democratic Party emails but that any Russian involvement in the election didn't affect the outcome.

This is not really a change in the message. They have said all along that the DNC hack did not have any affect on the outcome. Of course we are not happy if Russia tried to manipulate our election but let's be honest here, it is not anything that we do not do ourselves on a regular basis. They attempted to hack both the RNC and the DNC but they did not succeed with the RNC. One fact that probably helped the DNC hack is that an operative who is openly paid by the Russian government happens to be the brother of a high level DNC official. I am fairly certain that Podesta's brother being in the employ of the Russian government had much more to do with the successful DNC hack than anything else.

Seriously, how can you scream Russia did it to help Trump when your own brother works for Russia?

The incredulity of Trump fans over the Russia issue is understandable. In their partisan fervor, they have overlooked the facts and proceeded on the assumption that the Russian interference was done by one-at-a-time altering of ballots cast, the classic and now obsolete technique of stealing a election. Those hanging chads in Florida in the year 2000 were the last pre-modern instance such instance of direct ballot issues.

There is another important point in the Russia scandal that Trump fans overlook: there is a legal difference between an American citizen exercising First Amendment rights with political speech however misinformed, and organized activity by a foreign power to influence an American election. An American can give the candidate of his choice a cash contribution, a foreign citizen may not do so under our laws. Similarly, an American organization can put out paid TV ads and posts on social media in order to help the campaign of the candidate of its choice. A foreign government, bank or corporation is prevented from such participation.

Now, the sticky part comes when these two paths cross. An American can try to influence an election on his own, but an American who acts to do so in concert with a foreign power is acting as the agent of that power in breaking the law. Being paid to post for a foreign government is evidence of such illegal collusion. Posting at the request of a foreign government in exchange for a favorable business deal is similarly against the law.

Trump and his key staffers are clearly tip-toeing on the edge of some pretty nasty charges. We don't know if they crossed the line. It might help Trump defenders here if they knew what the line was and where it is. Just sayin'

All the evidence ^^^ isn't in. From the bits and pieces made public so far, we do have a clear record of an amazing number of communications between the Trump team, including Trump himself, and Russian diplomats, bankers and shady guys, all of whom have documented connections to the Russian policy of Info War. We know that on several occasions, the future policy of the Trump administration on the sanctions imposed on Russia because of the Ukraine crisis, were discussed. That's getting awfully close to the quid pro quo agreement that would prove illegal collaboration. There is more, a lot more; what will come out in a serious investigation we can only surmise at this point, but we do know that Russia implemented a planned program to elect Trump and that the Trump campaign did and said things strongly suggesting that they knew about it. That's getting damn close.

Any evidence there is is still within the scope of the investigation and thus..evidence is not available to the public until it is presented in a report, hearing or trial.
As much as the narrative of the "left" is speculation, so it is speculation on your narrative regarding Trump administration's innocence.
