Well, I personally bet on thar Putin will definitely meet Tillerson since he must be extremely curious what is actually going on in Trump's head, what he actually wants and if he, Trump, knows himself what he wants :)
I would not overestimate formal side of the visit, I think for Putin it's more important to almost directly clarify to Trump his system of priorities and possible points of agreement, before Democrats completely deprive Trump of his alleged foreign policy agenda. :) After all, Putin has been pushing the US to dialog long and hard, now it's a good opportunity, it is hardly to be missed.

Current Russian and American diplomacy will be on display next week when Tillerson meets Putin. If Putin refuses to meet with Tillerson that won't be a good sign, in fact, it could mean Trump won't be welcome in Russian anytime soon.

Stay tuned.

Oh yeah, For sure.

Last week it was The U.S. priority in Syria is no longer the removal of Assad, right after Tillerson said Assad’s fate is in the hands of the Syrian people, not the White House.

Three days later the administration is shooting cruise missiles at Syria because Tump was surprised, Assad would gas his own people..for the what tenth time in three years.

Then right-wing loons fall madly in love with her as if she's the next Sarah Palin. When all she did was have the attack names after her, simply because the Liar in Chief fired 56 Halley's Comets at Assad.

As if that's not bad enough, our foreign policy's now being directed by a 36-year-old liberal who now thinks he's Dick Cheney. With Steve Bannon on the way out simply because he told the Clown Prince of the White House the Liar in Chief promised America he's wouldn't intercede in Syria.

So any foreign policy position should be set in stone regardless of what is happening now.
Maybe Assad didn't warn Trump that he was about to use chemical weapons.
"Assad would gas his own people..for the what tenth time in three years", your words.
That just highlights Obarmy's pathetic non-response.
Build a bridge and get over it.

Congress refused to give Obama permission to rocket Syria, Trump never asked for UN or congressional permission, which is likely a violation of international law, and our constitution.

I forgot, dud you support all that Russiagate claims? I mean wouldn't it be wonderful if Trump-Putin tie gets confirmed? Or the contrary? Trump is a true son of his nation, it seems with all his surprises :)
Anyway, he seems he decided to apply his business skills in politics, naming acrazy price to achieve less than it but maximum he may get. And alerting the nation into another round of hysteria in the course :)
I doubt it will impress Putin after so many years in power :)
Besides, Russians prefer open and frank exchange of real threats rather than bluffing, real threats cannot change multiple times a day, I'm afraid Trump has already lost this bargain.
He may be considered serious in harming himself, but yet not crazy enough to fulfill his too big a claim :)
To be held accountable for US false flag operation... :)
an anecdote...

Did the Russians interfere with the election?

Yes.

They also interfered with the GOP primaries. Sen. Marco Rubio already mentioned that during a Senate intel committee hearing, because his staff experienced it first hand when he was running for president.

You may remember Sen. Rubio as 'Little Marco' which is the name Trump gave him during the presidential campaign.

So, we interfered but Trump is not Putin's buddy?
I mean if he proves extra-tough on Putin - what does it mean? If we installed an anti-Russian president in the US - is it good or bad?

Guys like Trump and Putin's don't have 'buddies' they have business partners, who only serve their needs because they have no need for friendship, only power.

Trump and Putin merely used each other to serve different purposes. Putin used Trump to further destabilize America, and Trump used Putin to assist him in stealing the election, it's just that simple.

But Putin made a huge tactical mistake in supporting Trump, and that is Trump's as big a megalomaniac and narcissist as Putin, perhaps even more so.

It's not wise for guys like Putin to create their own competition on the world stage, as Putin is quickly learning. If Putin were half as smart as he thinks he is he would have chosen a slightly saner narcissist to assist him in his attempt to destabilize America politically - like Ted Cruz.

Like I said, it's not wise for guys like Putin to create their own competition on the world stage, because he just bought himself another huge headache.

With the Russian hack scandal getting closer to the XXV Amendment day by day, Don and Vlad are seeing the need to put on a show of Good Cop, Bad Cop for the bemused peasantry of God's Country. Trump will do his Hulk imitation while Putin cowers in the corner with that mysterious smile on his face. Good show!
