This comes after internet entrepreneur and hacker, Kim DotCom, admitted on Saturday that he was part of an operation along with Seth Rich to get stolen DNC emails to Wikileaks. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/05/breaking-complete-panic-set-highest-levels-dnc-seth-rich-murder-investigation/

Like the child molesting pizza parlor story, the Seth Rich fantasy jolts up the sagging spirits of the alt-right crazies while reminding the other 95% of the population just how mentally disturbed the righties have become. This is a good thing because as they cut their ties to the world of the rest of us, these dupes of the fascist movement lose their power to recruit and persuade. It's about time.
From Wikipedia: Seth Conrad Rich (January 3, 1989 – July 10, 2016) was fatally shot in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He was a 27-year-old employee of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).[1][2][3]
The crime was used as the pretext for right-wing conspiracy theories, which have been debunked by law enforcement agencies in their official statements about the case.[4] These theories falsely stated that Rich was the source of the 2016 Democratic National Committee email leak.[5][6][7] According to US intelligence assessment, Russian intelligence services are most likely responsible for the hacking and the leak.[8]

Trump's statement on his firing Comey is evidence of misprison of treason. Happy now?
What statement?
Contrary to everything the White House, including Vice President Mike Pence, had said about Comey’s firing, Trump inexplicably confessed to NBC News’ Lester Holt that he fired Comey because he wanted the Russia scandal to end — which, of course, screams out obstruction of justice. Trump said to Holt, “And in fact when I decided to just do it, I said to myself, I said, ‘You know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story. It’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should have won.'”
He is absolutely right - the democrats made up the Russia thing to cope with a losing election. The "Russia thing" investigation has been on going since well before the election...

The "Russia thing" investigation has been on going since well before the election... StillCrazy1 is the one that is "absolutely right". His assertion of the timeline of the Russia hacks investigation is a statement of fact which can be verified in hundreds of sources. It destroys the statement by estonianman that the allegations are a Democratic invention to justify a lost election. Estonianman's post is not factual it scarcely qualifies as an opinion. It imputes a motive to past events that is obviously impossible. It is just another alt-right lie, the sort of thing that comforts the dark visions of the deranged but cannot stand in the light of day.

I HATE conspiracy theories, especially those concerning politics. This one, though, is interesting. Weird. Not sure what to make of it. There are still a lot of unanswered questions. Where is his laptop? Why was there no apparent motive for the killing? Why weren't the DC Police more thorough with respect to the info left at the bar from where he left?
The REAL question however was, ...was he in ANY way connected to Wikileaks? If there really is a connection, watch out. Huge story.

In this case there is actually an underlying crime, so even if the murderer is never found, there can be a prosecution for Obstruction of Justice..............

Democrats are amazing - every country on earth has political assassinations, but for some reason America is above that and it never happens.

Is it possible that this was indeed some kind of political killing, God forbid, and the people who actually carried it out were sloppy with their cover-ups (see above), all the while thinking that Hillary was a shoe-in for the White House anyway?
Again, this case has no profile without the Wikileaks connection. If there is one, oh my. It would be one of the biggest American scandals in history, surpassing Watergate to be sure.

When? As much as the Democrats were trying to destroy the Trump campaign you think muh' Russian hacking would have been front and center. Can Estonianman really be unaware of the repeated, public disclosure by the FBI that it was investigating Russian hacking in the election? These statements were made before the election and confirmed repeated after. If Estonianman is unaware of this very public fact, his ideas have no credibility. If he knew it but said what he did anyway, then he is... well, you know what he is.

Here is the "heart" of the conspiracy theory...
This story just came out.
- Quote:
-
Now internet hacker Kim Dotcom claims HE was involved in Wikileaks Clinton emails storm - and that murdered Democratic aide Seth Rich was source of data Conspiracy theories surrounding the death of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich were revived last week First, the D.C.-based Fox-affiliate ran a quickly-debunked story that said connections between Rich and Wikileaks had been found Over the weekend, those claims were repeated by hacker Kim Dotcom, who said he knew Rich and knew Rich was Wikileaks' source Dotcom's claims were amplified by Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity, who tweeted at the hacker and invited him on a future show Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich also brought up the Rich murder, suggesting the young man was 'assassinated' for leaking DNC emails Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4530996/Kim-Dotcom-claims-Wikileaks-Clinton-storm.html#ixzz4hqG9Pd6E
"According to an account from Radar Online, Dotcom will release more information on the matter Tuesday, once he talks to his lawyers."
I am still very doubtful, but it is interesting nonetheless. If this "dotcom" guy doesn't come-up with some real evidence, he will be forever labelled a fool.

A few further thoughts here.... What is remarkable here is that our liberal friends here on Perspectives haven't yet figured-out why this is a DANGEROUS news story, especially for Democrats. Now, first, I am assuming that this is NOT true, i.e. the fact that this mysteriously killed DNC staffer was NOT the source of the Wikileaks disclosures. Were this to be even REMOTELY true, the scandal here would be humongous, beyond belief. Why? This DNC staffer was killed last July in a very posh, and wealthy Washington D.C. suburb for no apparent reason. No wallet taken, no personal items. Next, the police investigating this murder would have known within weeks whether or not he had contacts with Wikileaks. The FBI would have known as well. Comey would have known. It appears that the FBI came to the conclusion that he was NOT the guy providing Wikileaks with those very damning Hillary emails. Now, here's the real point.... If there were just the remotest possibility that he WAS the guy, OM f'ing God...! This would be a bombshell of biblical proportions. Here the FBI, and certain members of the DC Police force knew this to be true, but allowed the Democratic Party to go on and on and on about Russian collusion of the 2016 elections without a "shred of evidence." Meanwhile, there was "real evidence" that this guy was IN FACT in contact with Wikileaks. See the point? Wow. Mozart
He was murdered by the alt-right, so they (people like you) can insinuate that Hillary had him killed
