Claiming that a superpower tried to interfere in an election that concerns their international interests is like claiming that there was offensive holding on a football play.

There is always offensive holding on every play. It is just a question of if the ref things it changed the play. In this case, it did not change the outcome. In fact, the primary thing that might have changed the outcome is actually Comey and his announcement just before the election. I find it fascinating that the exact same folks who wanted to lynch the guy in November are now singing his praises.
A few things, first we have never seen this extent of interference or the weaponizing of that interference.

Weaponize of interference? C2C, both our nation and Russia have previously used actual weapons to interfere in elections. We literally sponsored death squads. If that is not "weaponizing of interference" then I do not know what is.

Simply having your paid consultant (Tony Podesta) slip his brother (John Podesta) a contaminated file is certainly not weaponizing of interference. If anything it is just picking the low hanging fruit.
Yes weaponizing the leaks in an organized fashion that was used by conservative interests.

Putin approved, Putin useful.

Tony Podesta is a paid consultant of Putin and Russia.

The Russians have a long history of dislike for Hillary Clinton.

The biggest change in the numbers for this election happened when Comey said that the FBI had found a bunch of new emails on Weiner's computer.

Thus far, the only person who has been shown to have defined ties to Russia is Tony Podesta.

Look, I am not a fan of Trump. If there were something here that would bury the guy I would be all for it but I have not seen anything that goes beyond wishful thinking on the left. If and when there is some concrete evidence found I have no problem throwing Trump out on his ear. I personally wish he would just resign now because then we could move on. Of course the left does not really want that do they. It would remove all the cards that they have to play.

Of course I am always the champion of gridlock in DC. I tend to feel that when they can not get anything done then it works out better for the nation. So this situation is actually OK with me beyond the constant cries of RUSSIA from the left when there simply is nothing actionable in the stuff they keep screaming about. There is a special prosecutor now. Let him do his job. If there is anything to find, he will find it. After he is done, if there is still no evidence of Trump involvement then any further "Russia" cries from those on the left can go to UUU with all the other conspiracy theories.

People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to visit violence on those who would do them harm.

This is about Russian interference of which only a part of it is a belief on the part of some that there is a direct collusion between candidate / President-elect Trump himself. Nothing U about that.

Not everything is about President Trump although his shocking lack of concern for Russian interference is patriotically criminal.
