This was all true months ago. It's true today
These dopes don't even know wtf they are voting for.

And before the anti Obama crowd starts with the Pelosi half quote, can it. That has been debunked as bs.
This time, these guys don't even know what they will be voting on at all. It's been that way from the beginning.

This IS NOT leadership.

Skipping leg day is the equivalent of a woman having an abortion. You're ashamed of it, and it was probably unnecessary.

Don't be surprised if McCain's illness doesn't cause him to flip his vote.

Don't be surprised if McCain's illness doesn't cause him to flip his vote.
Though the motion to proceed vote is a victory for Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, McCain gave a speech directly afterward the vote that threw cold water on the chances that Senate Republicans would actually emerge out of the next few days with a bill that overhauls the nation’s health care system.

“I will not vote for the bill as it is today,” McCain said. “It’s a shell of a bill right now, we all know that.”

He urged McConnell to return to the “old ways of the Senate” — letting senators craft a replacement bill in the regular, bipartisan committee system instead of entirely behind closed doors.

So IOW pre Obamacare....

I can live with that.....
Only liberals can choose not to go down the road to widespread, systematic violence.

I had been wondering if the House and Senate bills are close enough to pass muster if the Senate passes their version of the bill that the House has adopted.

Apparently they are not compatible in the eyes of the Senate Parliamentarian and that might be enough to put an end to the whole charade.

So far it looks like that is what happened.
