How can they lie like this to the voters? How can they do something like this fully expecting voter ignorance and voter stupidity will over ride their lying mouths?
The do nothing hapless cowardly republicans are getting nothing done and this is why with liars such as these within their ranks.
In 2015, when Republicans passed the identical bill that was vetoed by President Obama, six of those seven Republicans (save Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine) voted in favor of repeal. The reversal of the remaining senators represents a dramatic turnaround.
Here are the names of those senators that flip-flopped on repeal:
Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va. Dean Heller, R-Nev. John McCain, R-Ariz. Lisa Murkowski R-Alaska Rob Portman, R-Ohio

As for the other 5, I can't comment, but the former Governor Alexander, former Secretary of Education (I know how some of you guys hate higher education), President of the University of Tennessee, Conference Chair of the GOP, and graduate of Vanderbilt University and New York University School of Law might have just figured out the consequences of voting Trump's Way...I voted for that man as Governor, and still vote for him as my US Senator.

That makes him a liar.

No, that's a politician. One who can review his past statements and realized to do so now would be detrimental to continuing to enjoy a seat as the Senior Senator from Tennessee.

Trump stated Mexico would pay for the wall, well, in order to get his wall, he's having to knuckle into the holy-rollers on transgender servicemembers who had nothing to do with the wall but was put there on purpose.
I applaud the Senator's realization that his earlier statements were in error, and done solely to attempt to score political points against Obama.

Yes, it was their primary issue ... until the day came to repeal and replace, and they realized all they had to offer was a bowl of cold dog crap.

Obamacare was a main issue for the republicans for seven years of Obama's term. He's a liar. He lied to the voters. Yes Obamacare was political ammunition for the GOP..something we rode on for 8 years, then when it appears that many of the Senator's constituents would not have insurance, you have to do a self-reflection on your position, and no doubt he realized repealing it would be more detrimental to his career if he'd voted for the repeal.

Jump off a bridge and I'll toss in five bucks for that wall. We can meet wherever you would like. I will hand you that rifle and I will let you shoot me in the head for that five dollar donation to the wall and put it in writing. I will offer no resistance.
Now I took zero risk in saying this and the whole board knows the reason: you lack the balls and moral fortitude to effect the change you want in the world.
