Negative, Dear Jake. Because the final, manual scrutiny is very difficult for tampering without leaving traces. (That is why Macri wanted to change the electoral system to electronic vote, last year. He failed). Macri didn't have to tampering the final scrutiny, besides. Because that scrutiny is slow. It was not supposed to be finished before of the Lebacs auction. So, Macri just manipulated the quick, provisory scrutiny. There, the Pink House has a lot of more of control. The manipulation was very simple: the districts where Macri's party had won, were displayed/tallied first. So, the election night, prime time, Macri partied like a winner: ![]() ^^^10:53 pm. Esteban Bullrich: 36.86%. Cristina: 31.58%. That Macri is a champ! But time flows: ![]() ^^^Cristina was shortening differences and... ...THAT IS ALL, FOLKS! SHOW IS OVER! MACRI "WON"! And two days after, tuesday August 15, the majority of the Lebacs holders renovated them. They wanted to buy happiness, Macri sold them happiness.
