Mueller just obtained a warrant that could change the entire nature of the Russia investigation
FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller reportedly obtained a search warrant for records of the "inauthentic" accounts Facebook shut down earlier this month and the targeted ads these accounts purchased during the 2016 election.

The warrant was first disclosed by the Wall Street Journal on Friday night and the news was later confirmed by CNN.

Legal experts say the revelation has enormous implications for the trajectory of Mueller's investigation into Russia's election interference, and whether Moscow had any help from President Donald Trump's campaign team.

There is an old Russian saying, "We have free speech, just like in America. It's the after speech which is different." Journalists and others critical of Mr. Putin have a curious habit of getting poisoned or shot in the street. The free speech is wonderful, but the after speech can kill you.
lol, George, no, we didn't have such old Russian saying, at least I have nit heard it, instead we had an anecdote :
An American discusses with a Soviet Russian freedom of speech, an American says :
- Anyone in America can go to the White house and say that Reagan is an idiot.
- So what, in USSR everyone also can go the the Red Square and say that Reagan is an idiot... :)

Considering freedom of speech in Russia there is a set of American propaganda cliches usually used by ignorant Russophobes, first of all the fake list of "killed" Journalists, where among 200 names are press administrators, guardians, neighbours, friends, accountants, programmists, passers by, etc. who just died, were killed by jealous husbands and so on.
There are only 2-3 Journalists who were really killed or attempted to for political reasons, Politkovskaya, and Chechens who killed her serve term in prison, and maybe a couple of others on lower regional level, who are also investigated. While Mrs.Clinton also proposed once to drone Assange, as I remember.
The only (American paid) journalust who claims he's poisoned by Putin - is doing it regulatly, I mean he stated a dozen Putin's attempts to poison him, but he still can't finally die and keeps declaring new and new cases, every of which is fanned by American propaganda and later reposted by people like you. :) I don't remember his name, maybe you do.
Generally, stop telling fairy tales to me :)
There are people who publish books stating Putin stole $40 billions, journalists who write articles like, suggesting what effectvit will have on Russian public if Putin rapes a goat in the Red square etc. - without any restrictions or punishment - I mean limits of personal attacks on Putin are quite wide. Though, he cares much to keep his daughters out of press' attention.
Anyway, you can tell all such crap to you ignorant fellow Americans, to me it's a waste of time and I suppose not a very pleasant minutes for you being lectured :)

for example, I regularly read this Russian author, he's quute funny.

Putin doesn't enjoy having a Patriot Act ....Putin is not authorized by law Like Obama to kidnap, torture, and kill citizens and foreigners...Russia lacks a death penalty, while the USA can even execute minors....The USA has more people incarcerated per capita than Russia has....I became suspicious of Obama when he kept appointing Czars..................... :oyvey

Correction: the "old saying" was a Romanian joke from the Cold War era. You are right that the USA executes people convicted of crimes in huge and bigoted numbers. The mysterious opposition and journalist deaths in Russia are a pattern seen here mostly with the Maffia and drug cartels. Same difference.

George, I've heard that Americans are readilly as we say here "knock to the authorities" on neighbours, friends, even spouses and everybody else at first given chance.
We had an anecdote in USSR
- a sticker on the KGB main office door says - the bell does not work, knock by telephone... :)
I mean generally Americans are a nation massively, voluntarilly and eagerly reporting on each other on slightest suspicion to keep your GULAG working well. The US government has to either have an enormous repressive bodies to check all signals out or just ignore its population's industriuos serfness...

I just wonder how many times I've been reported to you FBI, CIA, whatever? :) I suppose CIA should have gone public long ago by now to publicly confirm my credentials, that I don't work for KGB... :)
and influencing American elections is my private initiative... :)
Jake, a good legend, isn't it? :) But we know the truth, of course. And remember, we have long hands, so, now - voice!!!
did anyone see him, actually? maybe he's chasing some cat, it would be a valid reason to be absent for a while, but Jake, don't test my patience too much...
