So, he shouldn't have any 1st Amendment right because you disagree with his position? Funny, I was not aware there was a litmus test as to when, where, and why the 1st could be applied?
Bump
The NFL is a business. Fans are paying to see a game, not a political circus. Protest on your own dime or STFU. (bump this!) Fire the current NFL Commissioner! The ships carrying tea were part of a business what gave the colonists the right to protest by destroying private property?

He can have that without spitting on the flag (america). He can sit his ass on the bench or stay in the locker room during the anthem.
Luckily it's not you that is the legal authority to tell others how to exercise their 1st amendment rights And it's predictable that you would side with the players and not the fans when it comes to race and social injustice vs. patriotism.
As a former marine veteran, you should be totally ashamed of yourself. But you just can't help yourself when it comes to race and the white eyes.

Tsalagi dishonors the marine corps. These marines would have completely agreed with me. You do know that raising was staged, one of the icons of the Pacific war was staged for photos, and you dishonor the US Army with your war crimes of torturing a unarmed female prisoner of war. You have no leg in that fight to question me, my service, or my patriotism, you should be in Leavenworth and any of the men who participated in your self-confessed war crime.

Now cut the constitution BS .. you're not a libertarian, you're a big government progressive.
This is either a social injustice, police brutality issue or a patriotic issue. And you quite predictably come in for number one.

Whether it's social justice or political, it is STILL a 1st Amendment issue...protest is a valid exercise of the 1st Amendment, you however are not in favor of that.
I'm also not a Libertarian, I'm a Republican who hasn't forgotten basic conservative ideals as it regards the Constitution.

If Tsal claims he is pro free speech, why is he angry at the right reacting at this protest?

MUST LISTEN: THE NATIONAL FELONS LEAGUE IS SPITTING ON AMERICA, NOT THE FANS President Trump says players who protested the National Anthem being played before games should be fired from their teams over the weekend, and the whole world exploded. Yesterday, America was treated to NFL players taking a knee, or sitting or locking arms while the national anthem was being played in protest of what the President said. Well, guess what? They weren’t protesting a President, they were giving a big middle finger to the country. That flag and that song should be a unifying moment, a moment to say ‘no matter what differences we have, we are all American, and it’s a privilege to be one.’ But a bad player, influenced by his radical Muslim girlfriend last year decided to make it about him. He claimed to be protesting the killing of black men in America by the police while at the same time wearing a shirt praising the Castros of Cuba. And it’s spread to this. ‘He’s practicing his first amendment rights’ everyone said. https://michaelsavage.com/2017/09/25/the-national-felons-league-is-spitting-on-america-not-the-fans/ Key information in that just may be--his muslim girlfriend.

If I pay to go watch a football game, I am not there to be a captured audience for some player to vent his political/personal views, even if I should agree with such. Let him do that on his own time, his own dime. Let these multi-million dollar players rent a place and have at it, but not do so with me as an unwilling, ready made audience. The NFL, should have stopped this before it spread.

If Tsal claims he is pro free speech, why is he angry at the right reacting at this protest? Where did I say I was angry? Protests are designed to spark controversy, and debate and discussion. I just don't like the faux rage and incorrect assessment that their protests have generated amongst "some" members of the Right..or the Left for that matter.
