A Split From Trump Indicates That Flynn Is Moving to Cooperate With Mueller; The noose is tightening

WASHINGTON — Lawyers for Michael T. Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, notified the president’s legal team in recent days that they could no longer discuss the special counsel’s investigation, according to four people involved in the case, an indication that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with prosecutors or negotiating such a deal.

Mr. Flynn’s lawyers had been sharing information with Mr. Trump’s lawyers about the investigation by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, who is examining whether anyone around Mr. Trump was involved in Russian efforts to undermine Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

That agreement has been terminated, the four people said. Defense lawyers frequently share information during investigations, but they must stop when doing so would pose a conflict of interest. It is unethical for lawyers to work together when one client is cooperating with prosecutors and another is still under investigation.

It also occurs when one or both have died. In the OP however neither your point nor this one is relevant.

In the coming weeks, the right will be disavowing Mike Flynn and everything he stands for - along with Manafort, Kushner - and that commie psycho Carther Page. By late this summer, as we rapidly approach the mid-terms, Trump will only have two choices remaining - blanket pardons for everyone involved or risk being indicted on fraud, conspiracy, income tax evasion, and money laundering charges on both the state level and Federal levels. The charges against Trump will likely mirror the charges against Jared's father Charles Kushner in many respects.

In other words- all very serious, Trump's lawyers already know their clients in legal jeopardy, and it will only get worse - as the month's progress and Flynn, Page Manafort and Kushner - likely join forces with Mueller's team to save their own skins.

Judging from the fact Jared and Ivanka have recently become persona non grata at the White House, it's not likely they'll be allowed to participate in any future Oval Office strategy sessions or even casual policy discussions.

Ever since Jared convinced the Liar in Chief he should fire James Comey and liberals would love him for it - its been all downhill for them. The Trump brand is also suffering while huge losses are piling up, except at his new DC hotel that's mostly being used by Commie spies, and GOP supporters.Trump Tower is likely due for a name change next year because residents no longer wish to be associated with the Trump brand.

Trump should resign before he goes broke

Can a sitting president claim bankruptcy, or must they wait until after they're removed from office to do so? :rotflmao:

More wishful hoping. I now see how the left lug nuts viewed all that occurred with Ma Barker. Shoulda, coulda, and woulda are three good reasons for some of this saga to carry on for years.

All of those who served in the Alamo were deemed heroes. Your hopes for a White House demise are anti-American in nature.

Filing for a bankruptcy is a constitutional right. At our nation's lowest point bankruptcy filings occurred one out of every 55 households filed for bankruptcy, or about 2%. The vast majority of bankruptcies are now filed by consumers and not by businesses. Today, they account for about 3 percent.

It would appear that your misguided hope has 3% chance of fulfilling your dream.

The right has investigated Hillary seven ways to Sunday for the last twenty years, dragged her before numerous congressional committees - even the FBI investigated her, and they haven't laid a finger on her. So, it's certainly not for lack of trying - it's for lack of evidence. No proof, no indictment, better luck next time.
