That "emolument" thingy has been prosecuted one time in history and eventually thrown out of court, as of all things, for being unconstitutional....What else can liberals pull out of their butt ???............. :oyvey
What one time in history ^^^ was that? The Justice Department has interpreted the clause recently, but that is not a court decision. In 2009, the question arose whether President Barack Obama could keep his Nobel Peace Prize, the Justice Department advised that there was no emoluments violation because the committee that awards the prize isn’t a “King, Prince, or foreign State." In 1963, President John F. Kennedy declined an offer of honorary Irish citizenship on the advice of the Justice Department.
What have you got?
I can't find it now...I do know that when Secretary of State, Hillary accepted tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Family Trust from foreign governments and potentates without the approval of Congress...Do you really want to go there with the Emolument thingy ???................ :rotflmao:
You can't find it because it doesn't exist and your post has been shown to be just more trolling fake news. No court ruling on the Clinton Foundation and the Emoluments Clause exists. Shame on you!
Court action on the Clinton Family Trust is developing..........

That is not support for your claim "That "emolument" thingy has been prosecuted one time in history and eventually thrown out of court, as of all things, for being unconstitutional." You have been caught lying again -- and again and again.
