If Hawaii is so beautiful, why do they need artificial beauty?

I think he's referring to the water feature amenities in your picture.

OH, guess he does lived by the Ocean!

Well some humans are scared of sharks and jelly fish, and humans with young ones like this idea of artificial beauty.....

Parasailing , diving, sailing, fishing and the fish in Hanauma Bay are something you may enjoy.......

LOL, I recognized Hanauma Bay before I got to your link. A popular snorkeling hole for tourists. I spent a month in/on Molokai back in 89. Mrs. T joined me for a couple of weeks and we spent a few days puttering around Oahu.

One time we swam out the bay and climbed up and into the toilet bowl.... the powers that be were not happy with us because apparently you are supposed to get there by foot and they had a sign saying the path was closed that day because the tide/waves made it too dangerous....

Oops....sorry not sorry....

It looks interesting Sammy. I have only been to Oahu. On the North Shore for a while and around the island on the $2 bus and then in Waikiki. It's tragic there.
I think Hawaii is lovely and cannot understand why folks would retire to dumps like the cities in Florida when they could live in Paradise.
Even Alaska would be preferable to Florida for me.

The Gold Coast especially Surfers Paradise for me is like Miami in Florida.
I wouldn't be bothered going there.
I have a friend who went without me to Maui and is always rubbing it in.
Maybe one day.
Next for me is the East Coast down to the Great Ocean Road with a couple of Canadians from B.C. in the Okanagan and then to Vietnam next March.
A long way away.
