At least this time they won't have to bother rigging the jury.

We need federal intervention.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-12-15/justine-damond-shooting-not-enough-evidence-to-charge-policeman/9261646

A Minnesota prosecutor has said he does not yet have enough evidence to charge a Minneapolis police officer who killed an unarmed Australian woman earlier this year, blaming investigators who "haven't done their job".

Hennepin County attorney Mike Freeman is still deciding whether to charge officer Mohamed Noor, who shot Justine Damond in the alley behind her home in July.

Ms Damond had called 911 to report a possible sexual assault.

As she approached the squad car, Mr Noor fired from the passenger seat, across his partner and through the driver's window.

Pretty sure it's not, but it was and still is legal on the books in more then one western state legal to kill a Native American...down South, hanging a black man was a social event for many years. Your fake outrage is noted.

Why do you think we need Federal intervention...what...State's Rights no longer a hallmark part of the platform for members of the Right? Are you implying you're not a small government conservative?

Just last week, I was reading some ancient Greek literature, and I read that the Egyptians targeted white people for kidnapping and human sacrifice, red-haired Libyans and blondes from the north around the Black Sea. Strangely, this is something that I did not learn in history class in college, that Egyptians sacrificed humans and that they targeted white people. Meanwhile, the alt-right insists that Egyptians were actually white...

But the far-right has been saying for some time that immigration is a barbarian invasion, just like in old times. Women are targeted first, just like in old times. I find it hard to believe that there is some conspiracy against the white race or that this is why the oligarchs who run the United States want immigration. I still think it comes down to cheap labor and people they can get hooked on welfare and free handouts in exchange for votes. But I don't think this persistent pattern of injustice can be ignored either.

I also don't think we can ignore the feminists who ignore this and cheer "multi-cultural" immigration. There should be riots in Australia over this, and there should be riots in America over the guy from Utah who has been rotting in the Venezuela jail for the crime of marrying a Latina. But the oligarchs who run the media have conditioned us to be afraid of being called racists.

The federal government's job is to keep us safe. Their job is to step in when local governments are corrupt, just like they did when Democrats started the civil war.

And you accuse others of living in the 1950s?

I’m glad to see you excuse these heinous crimes of the current era by traveling back before most of our grandparents were alive.

You mean when the conservative crackers who called themselves Democrats and now mostly go by Republican started what is still called in many parts of the South 'The war of Northern Aggression'? That one?

Funny, I thought it was the duty of my local police and sheriff's departments duty to keep me safe, your abandonment of States's Rights, and small Govenrment as a part of conservative political philosophy is noted.

Apparently you're all for increasing the power of the Federal Government when it suits your agenda, how very leftist of you.

This discussion isn’t on the American labor movement which has been sold out and betrayed by both parties.

I’ll side with the electricians unions over corporations any day.

Quite frankly, if it were me, I'd go ahead and prosecute and let a jury decide if there was enough evidence to convict. This shooting was just too damn suspicious.
