Every instance of this I've seen so far involves a state law that forbids sexual orientation discrimination. Refusing prepare "gay" wedding cakes is refusal to prepare wedding cakes for gays. That's sexual orientation discrimination. And that's unlawful in those states. If you can't conduct your business without violating the law, you shouldn't be in business. |
