When I was younger we used to put roaches on a pin, light them and snort the smoke. Remember Trump has never done drugs and doesn't drink, he's not a seasoned drug abuser like Obama was. Forgive him if he doesn't know all the drug lingo. |

It's not about "lingo". He seems not to know what marijuana is, or what it does. Such ignorance suggests trusting him to guide drug policy is unwise. |

Since Trump considers himself a 'genius' due to his voracious reading habits and understanding of the world around us, not to mention supported states rights with regard marijuana reform. One would hope the so-called leader of the free world would have had the opportunity to study the issues he takes position's on - especially considering one of his jobs is to formulate domestic policies. Apparently, expecting Trump to know what's he talking about is asking too much. |

Here's the text that goes along with the image: “Just look at Steve, look at Steve,” Trump told Fox News in a phone interview,”He used to be such a good guy. He spoke well, dressed in nice suits. We could tell something was wrong when he started bumbling around the White House, dressed like a drunk from Chicago or something, eating all the boiled shrimp and Doritos. Those were my Doritos. They were Avacado Cheese flavor and they were mine, very hard to find. Then Ivanka caught him snorting pot in his office one day and we had to let him go. Very sad.” Attorney General Jeff Sessions, a long time opponent to the legalization of marijuana, was indignant when asked why the accusations of marijuana abuse were not announced when Bannon was fired as White House Chief Strategist in August. “Well, we didn’t want to ruin the poor man”, Session said, “Everybody knows that today’s marijuana is 70,000 times stronger then it used to be in the hippy days. It makes people be lazy, do crimes, hate God, turn Gay, and masturbate themselves until they go blind. Everybody knows that. it’s a scientific fact. That’s why the best way to cure these poor souls of their illness is to throw them all in prison until they get better.” There's a distinct possibility that this might be satire.

Some people refuse to accept Reefer Madness as a documentary. I was shocked to learn what marijuana does to negroes, white women aren't safe. A horrible drug, especially when you snort it.

I am not suggesting that Trump's statement is correct but I just wanted to share with folks that not all forms of THC are taken by smoking them.

A fairly new product, CBD Isolates do not contain THC. They are Cannabidiol (CBD) in it's purest form. Not snorted they are used to boost the potency of existing products. They can be added to E-oils to vape, Mixed with carrier oils (tinctures), Baked into edibles or Dabbed. It can also be used sublingually by mixing it with a product such as coconut oil. |

The President of the United States should neither lie nor enter into misinformation campaigns. Or is he that vastly uninformed? And this is the guy that wants to change the libel laws? He would be the first to be on the wrong side of that request. |

The funny thing is that the behaviour he is describing would fit with meth which can be snorted. Although Steve does not appear to have lost any weight which would fit with marijuana. I have seen THC oils and even one inhaler but I don't know exactly what was in the inhaler other than it was supposed to be THC. I have to say, recreational drugs are one area where I lack expertise. Sure, I've seen them and I have law enforcement friends who have shown me things but generally, that is not my scene. Edited by Demagogue, Jan 11 2018, 06:11 PM.

Crystal Meth, Cocaine and you can even grind up opioids and snort or smoke them. I would not consider myself an expert on recreational drugs but I am a long term advocate for medicinal marijuana. Misinformation, particularly from a source such as the President of the United States drives me crazy and sets back real progress for legitimate patients. The inhaler also new, is another high CBD concentrate that delivers a consistent dose per puff. The patient exhales less of the product and by the nature of the inhaler and less being exhaled (no odor) it can be used more descretly. |

CBD works well in reducing pain, treating anxiety, improving your mood, protecting the immune system, it's a sleep aid, it helps in treating depression and relieving PTSD. In other words, this is the compound that greatly helps veterans. Drug companies could create a new generation of nonaddictive antidepressants and sleep aids using synthesized CBD or Cannabidiol. Veterans Administration doctors should start prescribing or at least recommending CBD to its patients - good luck with that as long as a Republican is in the White House.

V.A. doctors are not permitted to discuss, recommend or write recommendations for patients. It's pathetic, uninformed and cruel as it harms patients that could find relief from the medicinal application of cannabis. Edited by Coast2coast, Jan 11 2018, 08:20 PM.

Thankfully CBD is legal so it's readily available online. Works great in regulating blood pressure as well. |
