to scare a Russian with snow is like to scare a hedgehog with a naked butt, as we say :)

It will take a week to clean the streets, it's absolutely impossible to park a car in the city, but public transport works well and everybody more or less cope with it.
Even if snowfall is the biggest in History it's just twice bigger than we quite often have...
