Making the first documented case of a complex plot by Russians to influence our elections and specifically to bolster President Trump, special prosecutor Robert S. Mueller III has indicted 13 Russians and obtained a plea bargain from a cooperating U.S. witness accused of identity theft. I guess it mean another step closer to resolution has been taken. I watched a little bit of Chris Christie today and he said that the Russians were working hard to beat Hillary Clinton. That leaves them in support of Trump. There are numerous connections between Trump and his Russian patrons. It still has more unraveling to go. But it is going. If it is found that Trump supported this foreign intervention on his behalf he has committed a crime. https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/11/110.20 |

There is no “hoax,” and Trump’s insistence that the Russia investigation is about nothing only reinforces the perception that his ego won’t allow him to concede that he received Russian help and/or that he’s been trying to disable the Russia investigation, precisely because he did not want this plot of interference to come out. Mueller didn't get indictments from a grand jury without presenting evidence. Of course, Mueller could be like the crazy lady and just make things up, but he is way too smart to ever have done that in his long career prosecuting spies and traitors. I doubt the Russians will be showing up here to get arrested but Mueller's evidence is going to come out before long. Perhaps Trump will demand its release to show everyone how ridiculous the whole business is. The jaws are tightening on the Donald. Could be fun |

Let's see if Trump implements the additional sanctions Congress has already approved now that we have absolute proof Russia not only melted in the election, it did so in more ways than were previously know to assist Trump. |

Today's indictments mean many things, they're also more than just criminal indictments - they're also a vindication. A vindication of our DoJ and intelligence communities, that Trump has been personally attacking for months. The indictments also prove the excellent job Rod Rosenstein's doing, and the extraordinary amount of evidence Bob Mueller's team has in its possession. While they also paint a very unflattering picture of Trump's involvement with the Russians to subvert the general election. Today's indictments are a major turning point in the investigation, and would not have been possible without the direct involvement of the DoJ, FBI, NSC, and CIA. Who all worked together to not only amasses the intelligence used as evidence in the indictments, but they also worked together in agreement to declassify the intel used in the indictments. Which is very bad news for Trump, very bad news indeed. Edited by 70-101, Feb 16 2018, 10:18 PM.

Sorry hon, there's nothing in any of this that specifically states that there's no collusion on the part of the Trump claque. You need to relax and be patient and let Mueller do his job. Suggestion: Watch the Winter Olympics till Mueller is done with his evidence assembly.

Rosenstein said there is no allegation in the indictment that any American was a knowing participant in the scheme — nor is there any allegation that the scheme affected the outcome of the election. |

If Mueller ever had evidence of Russia/Trump collusion, he would be shouting out about it from every rooftop....Sadly , Mueller has NOTHING to justify his paycheck..............

Sorry to disappoint you, but Mueller's indictments are coming in stages, yesterdays indictments had nothing to do with collision - but they were breathtaking in their scope and substance. And they were likely designed, among other things, to send a message to Trump and Putin. I say that because the latest indictments gave away an amazing amount of intelligence gathering methods. But fear not, because, the DoJ along with all of our intelligence agencies signed-off on these indictments. So basically, these indictments were a shot across Putin's bow, because Mueller knew the work schedules of those he just indicated, the time they logged in, logged out, their IP addresses, who they communicated with, the security camera scans they appear on, and the location of the building in St.Peterburg where they worked. I have a feeling Trump and Putin won't be sleeping very well this weekend. Yup, these indictments were meant to be a shot across Trump and Putin's bow - with more to come in the very near future. Trump should have never criticized our intelligence communities abilities in public. Nor should he have personally criticized Bob Muller's ethics or Rod Rosenstein loyalty. Because he's about to pay a very heavy price for doing so. Edited by 70-101, Feb 17 2018, 04:28 AM.
