I think it goes without saying that this long holiday weekend won't be a restful one for Trump, several developments today don't augur well for the president or his administration. The biggest problem that he has is his inability to admit the facts right under his nose. Continued denial only makes things worse. What's interesting here is that all of the commentators cited below are right of center and not "Bleeding Heart Liberals" ‘Opposite of a hoax’: Fox’s Shep Smith calls out the GOP’s anti-Mueller witch hunt after today’s indictments; https://www.rawstory.com/2018/02/opposite-hoax-foxs-shep-smith-calls-gops-anti-mueller-witch-hunt-todays-indictments/ "Fox News host Shep Smith on Friday had strong words for detractors who insisted prior to special counsel Robert Mueller’s bombshell indictments of Russian nations for meddling in the U.S. election that his probe was an anti-Trump witch hunt. “If there was any question, even a single question, there is no more,” the host said. “Russia attacked the United States of America,” Smith continued. “A coordinated government-sponsored campaign to undermine America’s democracy, eventually in support of Donald Trump and against Hillary Clinton.” Though he did not mention any of his colleagues or fellow Republicans by name, Smith’s opening monologue was aimed at individuals who remained unconvinced that Russians meddled in the 2016 American election. That group includes both Fox News host Sean Hannity and President Donald Trump. Mueller’s indictments of 13 Russian nationals and three Russian organizations are “bombshell charges,” the host continued. “The Russian investigation is the opposite of a hoax,” Smith declared. Nicolle Wallace: Mueller sending ‘clear and loud message to the White House’ with latest indictments; https://www.rawstory.com/2018/02/nicolle-wallace-mueller-sending-clear-loud-message-white-house-latest-indictments/ "MSNBC anchor Nicolle Wallace concluded that the latest indictments by special counsel Robert Mueller prove that Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential election...“This source said to me, this is Bob Mueller sending a clear and loud message to the White House, that Bob Mueller is ending the debate on behalf of the intelligence community and the American Justice Department, on behalf of the FBI, about whether or not Russia meddled,” Wallace continued. “Russia meddled, full stop,” Wallace concluded. Mueller indicts 13 Russian nationals over 2016 election interference @CNNPolitics http://cnn.it/2C0yFtb "Special counsel Robert Mueller has indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities for allegedly meddling in the 2016 presidential election, charging them with conspiracy to defraud the United States, the Department of Justice announced Friday. In addition, three defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft. "The defendants allegedly conducted what they called information warfare against the United States, with the stated goal of spreading distrust towards the candidates and the political system in general," Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said. Mueller had convened the grand jury as part of his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election as well as any possible connections between Russia and Trump campaign associates. The sweeping indictment describes in detail an unprecedented campaign by Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election, affirming the longstanding conclusions of the US intelligence community. It is at odds with President Donald Trump's repeated questioning of those conclusions, which has continued throughout his first year in office. CNN reported this week that Trump is still not convinced that Russia meddled in the election." |

Reality check for you, White House official statement falsely claims Mueller's indictment proves no collusion and that Russian meddling had no impact on the outcome of the election. Neither is true. |

This is not about strait Collusion for Trump right now-it's about Mueller finding all the trails to the money laundering that he doesn't realize could help prove a Collusion case against him. |

"Someone, anyone close to the president needs to take his phone away this morning. He is in meltdown mode over the Russian indictments," Scarborough tweeted. "Him freaking out and spinning wildly makes him look more desperate by the tweet. Lawyers, I’m serious. Take. The. Phone." |

How Russian Trolls Crept Into the Trump Campaign’s Facebook Messages https://nyti.ms/2DbqJkZ "According to the indictment, the Russians deleted social media accounts and emails “in order to avoid detection and impede investigation” once it became apparent that Mr. Mueller’s team was working with Facebook and other social media companies to investigate Russian interference. Mr. Mueller’s team did collect at least some of the Facebook messages and emails sent to the Trump campaign officials in Florida. The dates of the Facebook messages obtained by The Times roughly correspond to those referenced in the indictment. Mr. Mueller’s investigators likely would have emails sent by the Trump staff in response to the Russian entreaties; the special counsel requested and received documents from the campaign, which instructed former staff members to retain all documents and communications related to the campaign." |
