Mr T is correct on this issue...Women are skilled at barking out orders to men and don't need to be able to do 50 pull-ups...........

So is Tsal in favor of lowering the standards for female recruits?Have
Not pertinent to the fake news of the OP.
Answer the question.... :dunno:
It's irrevelent because women Marine recruits are not trained with male recruits. It is also not pertinent to the fake news OP originally create. Awkward for the OP now isn't it.....SO the question was merely a deflection from the epic fail that the OP was and now an attempt at moving the goalpost in a pathetic move at a gotcha moment.

Now, let's discuss why the OP was blatantly false?

Bump for clone and drudge.
That's not the link in the OP...try again...

:ohsnap:

if you want even more info you can go here...

https://www.military.com/daily-news/2018/02/11/marine-corps-quietly-drops-major-obstacle-female-infantry-officers.html/amp?__twitter_impression=true

The change to the course was first reported by Marine Corps Times earlier this week. The secrecy with which the Marine Corps made the change is strange, considering the public debate surrounding the infantry officer course and the test as women have attempted it.

The problem clone, as was noted in your article...is that the CET (Combat Endurance Test) is not a good approximation of occupational requirements...such as the 80lb load that a candidate might be given during the hikes and obstacle courses. It's interesting to note that this change occured in 2012, it didn't exist prior to that point for officer candidates.

Physical strength was a requirement when we fought with sword and shield there but as one female officer stated...

"Let’s call it what it is -- a challenging initiation into an elite group that prides itself on being tough, resilient and loyal to the foundational beliefs of this country,” she wrote in the online journal War on the Rocks. “And, let’s acknowledge that this initiation is central to the identity of the Corps, an identity that has been at the heart of its long and distinguished service to the country.”

But it is irrevelent in every other identifier in what might make for a good officer.

I have no problem is I mislead on anything, but my statements on this issue are valid despite the dance others might prefer...there is simply no more reason to require the CET as the deal breaker for officer candidates....the same test you piss and moan about now didn't exist for officer candidates 6 years ago..so it's not like this is a long-standing test that feminists have succeeded in removing.
