...Today, another proclamation from a very, very weird Pope.....
![]() ..."Everyone come to Europe! ...We'll leave the lights on for you!" ... Perhaps the Pope should buy some extra cots at the local Rome 'Home Depot,' and set em up in the Sistine Chapel with a buffet table under the west wall. Er, I understand that's what 'Jesus would have commanded' What a complete screwball.... Mozart Edited by W A Mozart, Apr 9 2018, 09:56 AM.

And, speaking of the devil, the Vatican today issued a NEW proclamation which, after carefully reviewing the contents of the Bible, confirms the existence of one, ....devil. That man down under. Lucifer. Mephistopheles. The guy Faust sold his soul to for "greater knowledge." Goethe would be proud. They had to. They had no choice. That statement from Pope Francis shook the very foundation of the Catholic Church, all around the world. Of course he quickly denied it, but it was the manner in which he denied it which raised eyebrows. So, a few weeks AFTER that interview with the 90+ year old atheist, the Catholic Church puts this out to calm the waters: https://www.yahoo.com/news/no-hell-report-pope-gives-devil-due-161721208.html
The devil is back....! It appears that Lucifer/Mephistopheles just received a new shipment of coal in order to keep "hell" at above room temperatures. Well, OK, ...way above room temperatures. Mozart |

The Pope is at it again! It is surely one of the most discussed topics by theologians through the ages, who qualifies for entrance into the eternal Kingdom? Approaching St. Peter's gate after one dies has always been seen as being a 'tricky' proposition. The real nuts and bolts in the belief in a God. From the monasteries outside of St. Denis in Paris, the monks who resided near Canterbury in Kent, the long-robed boys hanging around the Cathedral in Cologne, Germany and the monastery, Stift Melk, along the Danube River in Austria, the topic of who is, and who isn't, permitted to be a card-carrying Christian was debated for centuries and centuries, usually after morning prayers. It's old stuff. Not to this Pope! OK, OK, it's only logical that this Pontiff wants to comfort a young kid whose father died, and professed to be an atheist. So he reassures the kid that his father "is in heaven" and he should be comforted. That's what most people should say in such a situation. But, ...the Pope? You just can't make-it-up-as-you-go-along. There is no obvious right or wrong answer here as Christian theologians have tackled this question since the missionaries first set foot on European soil after 30AD. It goes back to the four Gospels, to the very words of the guy who professed to be the Son of God. Words have meanings. In most cases morality is black and white, never grey. Interesting stuff. But this guy, this guy, ....is one weird Pope.

A real Pope would have told the kid his father is screaming in agony in the flames of hell for eternity, and encouraged to kid to become an altar boy ..............

So, lemme see if I got this right... The Pope is standing there in a white robe and cool-looking miter and starts handing out "free gelati's" to the migrants in Rome. Right. Sure. Well, he's won their vote for the next Papacy vacancy. That's for sure. See Democratic play-book, chapter one, paragraph three. But, ...but, rather than handing-out free stuff to these people, why doesn't he suggest that they all move back to wherever-the-hell they came from, build their country, throw-out corrupt politicians, establish new laws, introduce capitalism to their economies (a proven winner) and then start their own friggen gelati stores where they can become rich and famous and have their sons/daughters marry Kim Kardashian as an example of economic success, or something? Wasn't it St. Peter, or someone, who suggested that teaching people how to fish is an important lesson in life, rather than tossing them a free, just-hooked halibut? What? Come again? This Pope is nuts. Er, wait. No. Way beyond nuts... There was a gala the other night in New York city where celebrities could come dressed as their favorite sluts with the blessings of one Pope Francis. Pause for a moment here. The Pope. Celebrities dressed in their best "come hither" looks. Lots of cleavage. Lots of thigh-high legs. With the blessings from the Vatican. Piers Morgan had a commentary on it:
![]() ![]() ![]() Is Pope Francis the anti-Christ we've all been waiting for? End-of-the-world kinda stuff? Revelations? This Pope is so beyond weird, ..... Mozart |
