Kate Steinle was separated from her family permanently but leftists didn't seem to mind.

Can't wait to see leftists' reaction when owners toss gays out of their establishment for supporting Democrats.

Its always fun to examine a conservative whine a little more closely for the undisclosed tidbits you will always find.

He sued the bar, and yesterday a New York City judge ruled that it is legal for a private business to refuse service if you are a Trump supporter. They can also refuse to serve someone for being a Democrat.

"Barring state or local laws, private businesses generally have the right to refuse service to anyone as long as they aren't discriminating based on race, color, religion or national origin. Politics is not on the list."

Certainly does...

Frankly I'm all for businesses being able to discriminate...

I applaud this ruling...

Yes it does. Individual businesses can make whatever signs they want as long as it falls within the law and their business must comply with the law. In this case, a leftist activist judge providing refuge so this leftist owner fan discriminate.

Banning people because of their political affiliation. Is this the country you want to live in?

No. A whiny little infantile conservative took this to court where there was only one ruling possible and it's equally applicable to both sides of the aisle.

Do I want to live in a nation where services provided are dependent on how one votes. Not me. Congratulations on your new found outrage at that. Will it extend past this one event?

Now this is just disturbing:

When Piatek heard this, he tried to convince the judge that being a Trump supporter did fall into the religion category.

So the gay couple were whiny ass wimps then? The judge could have ruling against the owner instead of opening the floodgate.

Conservatives are never going to grasp that political affiliation is not equal to, and therefore deserving of the same protections as, sexual orientation.

You can decide to stop being a douche bag...erm...I mean Republican. But you can't decide to stop being gay.

So you are in favor of extending protected classes to everyone. All people fit in and cannot be discriminated against?

Or are you in favor or wide-open discrimination meaning anyone can discriminate against anyone for any reason?

Somehow I suspect the later and you approve of discrimination.
